Hotel Maravillas del Mundo

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After receiving the room keys at reception, we found several bugs in the bed. We immediately took photos and videos and reported the issue. Instead of taking our complaint seriously, the receptionist was extremely rude, accused us of lying, and even claimed that we had used AI to create the photos. Her initial solution was simply to offer us bug spray. We did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately did not stay at the hotel at all. We were told that we could “do whatever we wanted,” but they would not refund our money or offer us another room because the hotel was fully booked. The entire situation was unacceptable, especially the way our complaint was handled.
