+ Was man für eine einfache Unterkunft erwarten kann, ist vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Man kann auch Weiteres ausleihen und nach Absprache einen Kühlschrank mit benutzen. Die klitzekleine Mietwohnung selbst hat weder Kühlschrank, noch Klimaanlage. Da auch im Sommer die Nachttemperaturen erträglich sind, reichen Fenster und Ventilator. Also alles gut, wenn nicht ...

- ... der Vermieter die Umrechnung des Mietpreises in Blue-Dollar verlangte. Booking erlaubt, den Vermietern die Angabe in US-Dollar und gibt das in argentinischen Pesos (ARS) zum offiziellen Tageskurs an, der leicht schwanken kann. Das verstehen aber nicht alle Vermieter so, und verlangen, so auch hier, die Umrechnung nach dem Blue-Dollar-Kurs. Du musst also ca. 15% mehr bezahlen, als Booking rechnet. Und das ist zu viel!

+ Es todo lo que se ofrece en la publicación... pero el poder bañarse sin problemas de agua, estar tranquilo y poder descansar fue lo mas apreciable.

- El lugar es para tener donde parar y descansar en la noches por el momento pero Martin esta en plenas reformas del espacio, así que espero pueda sumarle mas comodidades y beneficios para los futuros huéspedes.

+ After staying in lots of hostels it was such a welcome break to have so much space! The room is lovely and well looked after and Martin is very kind and helpful! It is in a good location, 15mins walk to July 9 & 2 blocks from culture street. You have a kettle and water etc and you can use the kitchen

+ Definitely full scores. Good location, close enough to get everything yet far enough to be quiet. Room is basic but has all necessaries. More importantly, Martin is such a nice host who provides you lots of information, and shares his knowledge as well! What could you expect more at such cost?

+ Tout était absolument parfait. La chambre était vraiment super avec un coin bureau. Très confortable. Martin est vraiment une personne incroyable qui m'a beaucoup appris sur la culture et m'a donné beaucoup de conseils pour mon voyage. Personne extraordinaire J'ai fait beaucoup de logements mais Martin a été vraiment super. Très bon rapport qualité prix, bref je recommande sans hésiter
