City Hostel

- I did not stay at city hostel ​My experience was solely based on the pre-booking process. I politely asked to briefly view a standard room before making a payment and finalizing my reservation. ​The staff refused this request, stating that I must pay first. This policy is completely unacceptable and absurd. ​Due to this lack of flexibility and transparency, I immediately booked elsewhere.

- No internet in the room! Nobody fixed it in 5 days! Nobody cares… Lady collected my towel and didn’t left the new one.. went to reception, they made a call to service, asked to wait in my room, but towel didn’t came for more than half hour, then found it my self in the hallway.. Smoking room is very small, like a cell in jail 🫠 but at least they have it..

+ The only thing I like is that it is close to the center.

- I don't understand why the people who rated it gave it such a high score. Now I will write item by item about how disgraceful it is so that you do not become a victim. 1.I had reserved a room for 4 people, but the lady at the reception said that I needed to change my room due to technical reasons and gave me a room for 6 people. Anyway, I didn't say anything, I said maybe, but everything started after that. 2.The people they take to the hostel are not safe, they take in anyone. Right now, there is someone in my room who is mentally unstable and uses the toilet and bathroom like a homosexual. Unfortunately, I will be leaving the hostel at 1 am today, so I do not want to use my room until then, I am resting in the corridor right now. 3.It is a very big hostel and as I said, they accept whoever comes and it is very loud, so you can never say "I will sleep and rest peacefully" 4.Kitchen? Is there such a place? It's just a place with forks, knives, glasses and hot water. You can only eat noodles here and it's extremely dirty. Especially look at the place in the back where the plates are. I realized what a big mistake I made. 5.The internet sometimes disconnects and sometimes connects at its whim, just like a living organism, as it wishes. 6.Lastly, never come and do not make a reservation. Go to places that are not crowded, have clean kitchens, control the people who come, have fewer people. If you are going to make a reservation, make a reservation for at most 1 day.Then you'll understand what I mean. Thank goodness if I were to leave today, if I stayed in Shymkent a little longer, I would go somewhere else. If you stayed here for a week, you would go crazy, so please make a reservation for at most 1 day. I don't forget there is no ventilation, you don't have a window to open so daylight comes in, I think I stayed in a prison in Shymkent.

- Неприятный запах в ванной, грязь под кроватью остатки еды, дополнительные сборы денежных средств.

- The night we stayed there was a group of primary school students. They made noise until the morning and ran in the corridors. It was a very bad night. Also, the staff of the facility were very indifferent, the conditions were very bad, it was truly a disaster, I would never recommend you to stay here.

- Matelas très mou. Pas de cuisine. Espace loué pour des groupes scolaires, très bruyant

+ 地理位置无可挑剔，就在市中心地段，商城内

- 也因地理位置，房间内没有一扇窗户，且整个房间都在室内，没有一点采光。如果有采光也有窗户，这里将是一个非常棒的青旅。

+ Не смотря на то что это хостел, в нем очень уютно и чисто, как в мини отеле. Рекомендую 100%

- Un peu usine. Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres

+ Останавливались здесь пять лет назад, как и в прошлый раз все прошло хорошо. Цена очень доступная, удобства отличные. Рекомендую
