Capzule Bed Phuket

The bed was dirty there were bugs on it (don’t think they were bed bugs), staff saw the dirty beds and refused to give us a full refund, took nearly an hour to convince them to give us a partial refund after they were laughing at us

The pod beds became insanely warm, making it unable to sleep. Other than the location was good

clean and comfy and safe place to sleep but not much more, and its a shame bc they have an amazing roof top that wouldnt be hard to put a little effort-some string lights and some chairs to make it enjoyable- none of the comunal areas are nice so it just doesnt encourage connection. also they should put trashcans instead of hanging trash bags on the windows. im also annoyed bc at check in they told me there is breakfast and there is a sign that says there is in the dorm too but no breakfast

Reception staff didn’t take out her AirPods while talking and barely knew enough English to communicate. No guidance to the room, which is not intuitive to find. No explanations to anything, only half answers to questions. She seemed like she didn’t understand and didn’t care. Room was smelly

Very comfy, in a good location not very far from old town and close the the bus stop seven 11 that takes you to Phuket airport . Very clean , no problem with hot water for the showers , and staff helpful. Good space in the dooms . Would recommend staying here for a couple of nights as it’s a comfortable place to sleep when needed Thank you

Pretty property, loved the location and how well maintained the property was. However feel the cooking facilities and some of the showers could be improved.

Gutes Hostel. Man hat tatsächlich sehr viel Platz für seine Sachen (Ablage neben dem Bett, großer Schrank etc.). Allerdings bin ich mir nicht so sicher, ob mein Bett vor meiner Ankunft neu gemacht worden ist. Es lagen mehrere schwarze Haare und Sand auf dem Bettlacken.

A decent choice for staying in Phuket old town. Not far from everywhere. The rooftop is a plus where I had good time with my friend. The co-working place is also convenient if you have some work to do.

The reviews are true, it is not a very social hostel, but it is still a great place to stay! The beds are comfortable, spacious, and private. The entire building is kept really clean, and it provides great access to Old Town. The rooftop is a nice place to get away, having a sink and a fridge available for each floor is a blessing, and the AC in the rooms was really good. Overall I would definitely recommend it!

Von der Ausstattung her ist das definitiv das beste Hostel in dem ich je war. Einziger Manko: Nicht sozial, aber das war uns egal, da wir nur eine Nacht da waren. Lage top, Mitarbeiter top, Ausstattung top, Sauberkeit top, Preis-Leistung top, nichts auszusetzen

We loved our stay here. The Capzule beds were cozy and big lockers which were handy and included a cubby with a mirror. The people at the front desk were so helpful and helped us plan our onward travel. Very close to old town and monkey hill. There’s also a roof top which is nice to chill outside of the room. We ended up staying here for a week at the start of our trip to settle in. Would recommend.

I had an amazing stay at capzule bed. I went for 2 days initially and extended 8 more days. Clean, safe, well located, good capsule bed, and very good value, I strongly recommend. Only improvement point is that the only tour I booked with them was overpriced so I would recommend going to an agency to book tour instead.

Perfect location to see the Old Town!! Staff was nice and I felt safe. Unfortunately my blanket was dirty. I’m not too sensitive about stuff like that so I just ignored that but some people might. But besides that this is really a fair price for a good hostel. Bed was really comfy and you had a lot of space!

Das Hostel ist in laufnähe zur Altstadt von Phuket und den Nachtmärkten etc. Leider war nicht so viel los, was die Stimmung etwas gedämpft hat aber alles in allem ein top Hostel mit sauberer und gepflegter Einrichtung

really nice hostel, exactly like the pictures, you get a lot of space in your bed and around it and 2 lockers with a lock already on it it's in a great location right in the heart of the old town and is a beautiful building, the staff are very helpful

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very friendly and i enjoyed the roof top area which has ash turf and some lighting. Its possible to do your laundry here as well. Area is right next to old town which is lovely

Perfect stay for a nice time in Old Phuket. Close to the airport pickup, pretty close to airport drop off, near the walking streets and temples. Clean facilities and bed with beautiful murals in the building and friendly staff.
