Hub Hostel Seville

Hostel insalubre : cafards omniprésents, absence totale de ménage, salles de bain délabrées. Le personnel semble exploité et les lits dégagent une odeur d’urine. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Attention aux punaises de lit. Pire expérience de ma vie.

Aucune intimité dans les dortoirs (pas de rideaux autour des lits, lit du haut bizarrement bas). Certains commentaires font état de punaises de lit, je ne sais pas si s’agissait de cela mais j’ai définitivement été piquée par quelque chose lors de mon séjour. L’absence de rideaux fait aussi que si quelqu’un allume sa lumière personnelle, toute la chambre est illuminée… Isolation sonore inexistante (on entend tout ce qui se dit dehors et dans les parties communes). Propreté douteuse (vieux chewing-gum collé à la structure du lit par exemple). Impossibilité d’aérer correctement car l’auberge est au rez-de-chaussée, effluves constantes de renfermé. Côté ambiance : aucune activité n’est proposée ou conseillée contrairement à la plupart des auberges, et la clientèle est extrêmement âgée pour ce type d’établissement…

Hasta ahí, todo bien… **hasta que exigieron que escribiera una reseña positiva antes de enviármelos gratis.** A pesar de mis dudas, accedí y publiqué la reseña que querían. ¿El resultado? **Nunca me enviaron mis AirPods, ignoraron mis mensajes y terminaron bloqueando mi número.** ¡Una auténtica estafa! Y por si fuera poco, **el hostal es una pesadilla.** Desde el momento en que llegué, me dio asco la suciedad por todas partes: ropa de cama dudosa, baños asquerosos, suelos llenos de mugre. Después de una noche allí, **no paraba de rascarme y sospecho que hay chinches.** A este nivel, esto ni siquiera es un hostal, es un basurero. Uno podría tolerar un poco de incomodidad por 15 € la noche, pero **cuando además el lugar está dirigido por mentirosos y estafadores, es inaceptable.** No pongan un pie en este sitio si no quieren perder su dinero, sus pertenencias y su dignidad.

We got scared reading the previous reviews after booking and we tried to talk about it with the receptionist before going in. He told us that they treated the problem but at the same time that it was not easy to treat etc for 30 minutes. We demanded he would provide proof of the bedbugs being treated, he told us to come back after a few hours to get a document proving it had been fixed but never sent it. We decided to definitely not stay there after having a look at the rooms and seeing how dirty it was. We asked for refund, given they did not provide us with proper housing or refused to give evidence they did (they told us later that the paper proving they had had a sanitary inspection was private after telling us they would send it to us...) but they never did. Stay away from there.

The dishonesty when called out on bed bugs being there. I got my reservation cancelled so I wouldn’t be able to stay there. Beds are so flimsy and just a single sheet given for comfort.

Les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée et donnent sur rue donc peu de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et d'aérer. Dans notre chambre nous avons vu 2 punaises de lit sur les murs. La salle-de-bain n'était pas très propre (surtout dû aux occupants)

They lie on their website, it‘s not female rooms!!! Then, they try to mark you as „not shown up“ to avoid bad reviews! Bedbugs, dirty, and loud as the streetlight comes into the rom and it is all ober really noisy! Get a better one for a few euros more. The owner didn‘t care about the problems. It is a shame!!!

Absoluut niet heen gaan, bedbugs! Echt een heel slecht hostel, nare plek, voelde me niet veilig. Aan het einde nog vriendelijk gechanteerd dat er geld van mijn creditcard zou worden afgeschreven als ik een recensie op booking achterliet. Mensen op de kamer waren gebeten door bedbugs in de eerste nacht, dus ik heb ‘s nachts nog een ander hostel geboekt en deze direct verlaten. De man bij de receptie deed erg zijn best, vandaar de extra ster voor service. Verder enkel redenen om deze nacht snel te vergeten.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There are BEDBUGS in every room. We slept in room 4 and we were covered in bites and the other reviews talk about bedbugs in room 3 and 5. They give you a refund for the nights you have left if you complain about the bedbugs, but ask to not leave a negative review on booking so their rating stays good. The rooms are also very noisy. You can hear everything that's happening outside.

I got bed bug bites. The sheet didn't cover the mattress properly, and the mattress was bare, so it didn't provide protection from bugs from other travelers. The person above me hung her clothes, which dropped down onto my bed.

Punaises de lit !!!!!!!! J’ai été piquée par des punaises de lit (photos a l’appui) et ils n’ont pas voulu faire de geste commercial quand bien même vous avons dû trouver un autre logement en dernière minute et acheter des crèmes apaisantes en pharmacie. C’est scandaleux…. A fuir !!

Absolut scheiße einfach. In den Zimmern hat es gestunken, weil die Fenster nicht aufgemacht wurden, die Klobürsten waren mehr als nur braun, die Halterung vom Duschkopf waren kaputt, die Mitarbeiter kamen ins Zimmer rein ohne einmal angeklopft zu haben, es wurden Bettwanzen gefunden und es war alles mehr als lieblos eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und ungesprächig. Das I Tüpfelchen war dann noch das zerfallende versiffte Sofa. Also ich würde es auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlen :(

Extremadamente sucio , es imposible dormir ahí , hay bichos y chinches , yo mismo maté un bicho en la almohada 1 minuto después de entrar en la habitación , servicios pésimos y ubicación más mala imposible , sabía que esta lejos del centro pero no que fuera un barrio difícil , no me quedé ni 20 min y quería irme pero no quisieron devolverme el dinero , entiendo que se queden el dinero de la receba pero no el de la cama/noche ya que no la utilice y no me quede más de 20 min en recepción sentado.

Would not recommend!! I was supposed do stay there in April. I found a bedbug on the bed and informed the staff about it. The guy working there brushed it off and said it was dust. Only after i showed him that i took a picture i was offered a different room. I asked for a refund and booked another hostel for my stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nur die Atmosphäre war sehr komisch. Es waren teilweise sehr komische Leute da. Die Zimmer waren recht groß aber man hatte keine Privatsphäre. Ich war zum Glück in einem Female Dorm und dort habe ich mich auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Mein Bett war leider nicht wirklich sauber und am Abreisetag habe ich dort Bettwanzen gefunden. Die Küche war sehr groß und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Das Bad war wirklich schön und geräumig und im Zimmer war eine gute Klimaanlage.

Chinches en las camas, mala ventilación

Horrible experiencia. Por favor, no vayan porque tiene una pésima higiene. El hostal está infestado de chinches en las camas y es imposible dormir.

Hay chinches. Regresé a casa llena de picaduras, que he visto también en el cuerpo de otros en el alojamiento. Al llegar a casa abrí mi maleta,, ahora vivo con el miedo de tener que tirar toda mi ropa y muebles a la basura 😓😓

Por 16€ no se puede pedir mucho, pero un poco cutre de más. Había chinches y los baños comunes eran bastante sucios. Lo mejor la ubicación

Los baños estaban sucios, llenos de pelos y no había ni si quiera jabón para lavarse las manos, pero eso no fue lo peor. Nos quedamos durante dos noches, en la mañana de nuestro ultimo día teníamos picaduras en los brazos y espalda, encontramos CHINCHES en las camas, las cuales a pesar de todos nuestros intentos, generaron una infestación en casa. No recomiendo este lugar, por lo visto es un problema que lleva meses. Ha sido una pésima experiencia, no volveré a hospedarme ahí Y NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

We booked a stay through the hostel homepage. But unfortunately, we found bedbugs in bed the night we checked in. Eventually, we ran out of this hostel after 10:30 p.m. and had to find a new accommodation. There were many blood marks and bug marks on the wall. Try to avoid room 5.

NO VAYÁIS ALLÍ, Me iba a quedar allí 2 noches pero no me quede ni 15 minutos. Chinches debajo de los colchones, paredes muy sucias, sábanas sucias, taquillas rotas, mal olor y podría seguir.. este sitio no debería llamarse hostel si no casa del horror. Ahí os dejo la foto de la chinche… y si el dueño se ríe de las reseñas espero que de la mía también!!

Ich habe wenige Ansprüche, aber in diesem Hostel habe ich Spuren von Bettwanzen gesehen. Ich weiß nicht, ob die da tatsächlich noch leben, aber Holzbbetten, die einmal befallen waren, sollten ausgetauscht werden.

The facilities are disgusting- bed bugs on posts, mould in the shower and ceilings. Very loud noises from the street at night

Horrible. No reservar. Problemas antes de la reserva, chinches... el peor alojamiento de Sevilla.

BEDBUGS! ŠTĚNICE!! Hostel jsme navštívili v polovině ledna. Přidávám recenzi také sem, jelikož problém se štěnicemi dle recenzí na booking nebyl odstraněn a na zprávy nereagují, dělají jakoby problém neexistoval. Na začátku jsme měli prvotní šok. Přišli jsme na adresu hostelu, který vypadal jako dům v rekonstrukci a mysleli jsme, že tam žádný hostel není. Nespali jsme kvůli hlučným a chrápajícím lidem, voz je v pokoji pro 16 lidí v pořádku, ale nebylo zde absolutně žádné soukromí. Kvůli špíně se nám také nechtělo do sprch a záchodů. V kuchyni není mikrovlnná trouba (která je na fotografiích) ani klasická trouba, více kuchyňského vybavení by se také hodilo. Na pokoji pro 16 osob nelze z bezpečnostních důvodů otevřít okno a nelze jej zcela zavřít, takže je v noci zima. Není zde topení. Nejhorší nakonec je, že po dvou nocích pobytu jsme na těle objevili kousance, které jsou pravděpodobně od štěnic. Štěnice tam dle dalších recenzí na 100% jsou! Foto kousnutí nelze přidat, příspěvek s nimi nelze publikovat.

¿Cómo describir esa pesadilla del lugar ? LA INVASIÓN DE CHINCHES. Día 26/02/2024 Mi estancia en este hostal fue una total pesadilla. Desde el momento en que llegué, me encontré con una atmósfera de descuido y suciedad y también al olor al moho. Sin embargo, lo peor estaba por venir. Después de una noche de sueño perturbador, me desperté con picaduras en el cuerpo. Al principio, pensé que podría ser una reacción alérgica, pero al inspeccionar mi cama, descubrí la horrible verdad: ¡había chinches! Fue evidente que la higiene y el bienestar de sus huéspedes no eran una prioridad para este hostal. No solo había pagado por una habitación en este lugar, sino que ahora tenía que lidiar con las consecuencias de una infestación de chinches, y respecto a eso, no me quisieron devolver el dinero. Me sentí sucia, invadida y completamente despreciada como cliente. En resumen, mi experiencia en este hostal fue humillante y desagradable. No puedo recomendar este lugar a nadie, y espero sinceramente que tomen medidas urgentes para abordar sus problemas de limpieza y control de plagas antes de que alguien más tenga que enfrentarse a una situación así de desagradable y similar. ¡Eviten este lugar a toda costa!

I don't recommend it... if you are traveling and don't want to have problems with bedbug bites, cockroaches or bad smells 24/7, choose another hostel. Friendly service is the only positive thing about this place.

La presencia de chinches

Sadly I must say I got bitten by bedbugs at night. My bad I didn't check the bed (it looked clean). I slept in the women's dorm.

Schimmel direkt am bett. Wahrscheinlich auch bettwanzen, auf keinen fall hierhin!

Overall the hostel was okay. Not the cleanest or the best location but walkable from anywhere you'd want in Sevilla. We did find some bugs in the beds and the restrooms were not very clean.

We had an initial shock at the beginning. We came to the address of the hostel and it looked like a house under renovation and we thought there was no hostel there. We didn't sleep because of noisy and snoring people. No privacy. We also didn't want to go to the showers and toilets because of the dirt. There is no microwave (which is in the photos) or oven in the kitchen, more kitchen equipment would be nice. In the room for 16 people, the window cannot be opened for safety reasons and it cannot be closed completely, so it is cold at night. There is no heating. In the end, the worst thing is that after two nights of stay, we discovered bites on the body, which are probably from bedbugs. I am adding a photo. Check beds 13 and 14.

Era demasiado trabajo para una sola persona. Alex hacia absolutamente todo, espero que le paguen lo suficiente por tanto. Lo peor de todo es que había chinches :( me picaron la mano y el cuello mientras dormía. Jamás me había pasado antes.

Tem bed bugs, acordei cheio de picadas de bicho, não fica ninguém na recepção na parte da manha, limpesa precaria, não atende o telefone, a cozinha não funciona a noite não tem micro-ondas poucos pratos, a ducha é fraca no chuveiro a água parece que vai acabar e não esquenta direito
