is ok for one night

Not a bad hostel. But there was no one at reception when I tried to check in at 11am and the number didn't work so had to wait a while. it's very clean but no social atmosphere also the beds don't have curtains which would be nice to have

Es war ok für eine Nacht. Die private rooms sind in einem anderen Gebäude ein paar Straßen weiter und extrem lieblos eingerichtet. Auch könnte mal der Spiegel geputzt werden. Da der Preis so günstig war, aber ok. Das Café im Hostel sah nicht aus als wäre es in Betrieb.

The hostel itself is okay (no curtains on the beds and the walls are thin). But the women who works there was so pissed with me, even i did nothing wrong. No hello, no smile back, no thank you, no explaining. The day before i checked in i wrote them two mails, that i will possible come later because the reception closes at 18:00. Recieved one back, as i already checked in hours ago.When i left, noone was around. The whole time i felt like i would disturb them. Never had that before at a hostel.

The Only things the youth hostel don t provide the breakfast . The kitchen is to small to cook but it s was ok . The location was good close to downtown close to Hat Yai Mall . The Bedroom is good but not window it s can be very hot during the night ....

Pros: Good location, 2 min walk to central shopping centre and 5 mins to the bus station. Free bottle of water every night. Cons: not social at all didn’t see anyone else until I was checking out. Lots of steps and no lift which makes carrying backpack difficult. Toilet often had no paper.

Loved my time here! The host couple are lovely and helped me to easily extend my stay and plan transport to the next city. Rooms are clean and great AC, not the most social but there is still a cute common area, and location is convenient

Only spent 1 night here but I arrived late (11pm) and they were quick to respond to my message of how to enter the room. The rooms were nice, AC, comfortable beds and clean. This was just a transit stay for me but I’d highly recommend staying here for a few days or in transit .

Lovely hostel, great place to stay before my flight

Nice hostel, we were the only one when we were there so the ambiance was not crazy but the room was nice and the hostel is well located.

Stayed here for one night - rooms are clean, theres one big shared bathroom with hair dryers, soap, etc, and I was overall very pleased with this hostel. The only thing that could be improved is the service - the staff wasn't paticularly friendly (not rude either though!) :)

This is a great hostel. The rating is lowered because of my score on atmosphere. The atmosphere was poor because I was one of maybe 3 people staying there. I don't think it's the hostels fault, it's just Hat Yai isn't super busy with backpackers. The hostel was very clean, had great air con, clean, hot showers and comfy beds. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again. The staff / owners were attentive and very helpful with my onward travel.

I was only in Hat Yai for a night but it was a very relaxed and comfortable night. No complaints. This hostel is not in the main town of Hat Yai but it is near the bus station (big plus for me) and near some big night markets.

most comfy and we'll decorated hostel

Great hostel in a central location in hat yai, under 5 minute walk to the mall and night markets. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in low season but the hostel has a great social space and comfortable rooms
