Auberge correcte dans l’ensemble :)

Great hostel with the perfect balcony to watch the sunset. The outlets in the rooms are partially only accessible after moving the bed and the room barely had any space to move. The doors close very loudly, which can be a problem for those without earplugs. Generally I had a great time and would always come back.

Auberge sympas. Peu d’équipements dans la cuisine.

This is an excellent decorated and set up hostel in a great location. Although the dorms are crowded and not a plug socket for each bed.

Very attentive and friendly staff, has a big parking lot for cars, well equipped kitchen with loads of space of multiple people cook at the same time. Overall the hostel is a bit run down and could use some renovations as well as updatet furniture in the common areas.

It's an ok hostel, usually people stay only for one night, as it provides a gateway to the island of Chiloé. Staff is supportive and friendly, somewhat more cleanliness would be necessary in the showers cabins.

Fantastic place to stay! Facilities are great and the hostel has a great ambience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay in Ancud. It also was super easy to meet people and family style dinners were the norm.

I have never stayed at a better hostel. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Truly an incredible place!

This is a traditional kind of hostel with solid comfy beds, fluffy towels and lots of natural light in a great location near transportation and the city centre. Staff spoke English and offered activities to bring people together. It was an excellent stay.

Felt like a little boutique hotel. Lovely and homely furnishings, very comfy, soft and sturdy beds. Staff were sooo friendly and welcoming. Close to a mini market and one of the bus terminals. Lovely views over the water. Nice showers. Only downside is that the toilet roll often wasn’t replaced til late morning so the girls bathrooms would run out in the morning.

Its a beautiful place, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very good hostel, one of the best ones I’ve stayed my trip - beds a slightly larger then single and comfy - location is good - areas to sit/socialise/work - good garden - very decent kitchen and eating area - 2mins from Cruz del Sol bus terminal Could be made even better with bed shelf and light. Also lack of plug by each bed is annoying (reason for not 10 stars)

Amazing place. The staff are kind and organise activities which I recommend. The place is spacious and cozy at the same time. Good kitchen facilities and clean bathrooms

Super nice hostel in Ancud! Very friendly staff who are willing to help you plan your trip- with bike rentals, hikes, and penguin tours! Would highly recommend the penguin tour with the hostel because the two guides are super knowledgeable about Ancud, history, and birds!!

Je pense tout simplement le meilleur hostel où j’ai pu loger ! Bien placé face au terminal de bus, grand jardin et terrasse parfaite pour regarder le coucher de soleil. Très propre, les lits sont HYPER confortables et le personnel adorable. Merci pour tout :)

Super endroit où dormir ! Beaucoup d'activités proposées qui en font un bon point de passage pour découvrir Chiloé

13 Lunas was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice and gave us awesome suggestions of things to do! The area is beautiful and definitely worth a visit!

This has been my favorite hostel of all places I've stayed in South America to date. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly. I became super sick during my stay and there were so nice to me. I really feel they go out of their way to make people feel comfortable in a way that's sincere and organic, not forced, which I appreciate. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing hostel, beautiful wood interior and the comfiest bunk bed I’ve ever slept in. Bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen all very clean and the owner (I forgot his name sorry!) stayed up till 1am to let us in. Highly recommend

Ich fand das Hostel in jeder Hinsicht toll!! Es war gemütlich, sauber und die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Alles was man zum entspannen braucht also.

très bon accueil, le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant. Ils proposent même des tours avec les pingouins de dernière minute. Je recommande sans hésité
