My room was infested with bed bugs. I woke up at noon and left the hostel

A FUIR !!!! Punaises de lit, manque d’hygiène et d’intimité. Les portes ne se ferment pas à clé ou alors avec des cadenas d’écoliers modestes. Le rooft top comprenant une cuisine qui n’était pas propre et pas faire pour cuisiner si l’on souhaite. Les gens dorment n’importe où dans les espaces communs. On s’est senti en insécurité. Le petit déjeuner devait etres conpris et na jamais été servi car le personnel n’avait pas le matériel pour le faire. Relationnel peu charmante avec le personnel Passer votre chemin

We were placed in a room that already had suspicions of bedbugs. In the middle of the night, a roommate woke us up after spotting them. We were moved to another room, but of course, we hardly slept afterwards. The next day, we still had to pay full price for the room and spend our own money to wash all our clothes at high temperature. Staff acted like this was completely normal. Bedbugs were not even properly removed. Absolutely unacceptable.

BEDBUGS! Terrible experience. Got woken up at night because of bedbugs in our room. They shifted us to another room, but we barely got any sleep. On top of that, we still had to pay full price and cover the cost of washing all our belongings ourselves. The hostel treated it as if nothing unusual happened. Would never stay here again.

if you like getting bed bug bites, wet sheets, dirty sheets, overall mustyness, a bedroom where anyone from the street can just walk in, unorganized reservations, and still 2€ for towels, this place is for you! Yet staff was nice, rooftop was pretty, and good price. Your choice. Bring flip flops.

Mixed feelings about this hostel. I liked the terrace, the kitchen and most oft the staff was really friendly. They also have lockers. But there was (i think) a bed bug in my bed. Changed rooms and didnt see more, so was okay. The bathroom had no window so it smelled really bad. One of the cleaning ladies was also very unfriendly and impatient while i was packing. I still had some time left until checkout but she seemed to be really annoyed and did not speak any english

THIS PLACE HAS BEDBUGS! Sleeping on the madrasses was like sleeping in a hole. No ventilation in the rooms, very damp and noisy in the rooms. Wouldn't recommend anybody sleeping here.

I got bedbugs, the place is filthy, very little security - my room door didn't even close, and the main entrance is always open. I woke up in the middle of the night to one of my roommates freaking out because he was covered in blood. There were bedbugs everywhere. When I told the front desk that there were bedbugs, the guy on duty didn't seem to care. Then the next day, I checked out early because I was not about to sleep there another night, and I found another person in the bed that I told them had bedbugs in it. It's not their fault that bedbugs came into the place, but it IS their fault that they didn't care to clean up after them once they were reported. No precautions were followed to remove the things, they just did the typical weak cleanup and invited another person into a bed they knew was infested. Turns out there were also some in my bed too - I'm on antibiotics now because I had such a severe reaction to the bites.

The dorm was unsuitable (not worth the money you pay) I would not put a dog in there. Room looked like it had never been cleaned. Someone in one of there dorms got bit allover by bed bugs. The dorm door never had a lock on it so anyone could walk in,which they did in the middle of the night. As for getting any sleep,not a chance with the hostel being next to a mosque . I would not stay there again, stay clear of the place.

Absolutely shocking place to stay at. I booked 2 nights and one the first night was attacked by bed bugs all over my body which woke me up at 3/4am and couldn’t sleep in the same bed. Spent the night laying on a sofa near the room. The cleanliness of the place can be improved greatly if the owners take the necessary action. I won’t be booking with this place again. Others should be very careful.

They checked me out before my booking finished, the restrooms doesn’t even have anything to hang your clothes. No handwash, etc. Pathetic beds, creepy rooms, dirty bedsheets and worn-out mattresses infested with bedbugs.

Really bad experience. Woke up to like 20 bedbugs in my bed. The guy from the hostel did not help us an almost did not give us back the money. Also the hostel owner made clear he knew about the problem for longer but did not do anything against it. Don’t go to this hostel!

Staff is really nice but sadly there’s a bedbugs infestation. I couldn’t stay the night and had to go somewhere else. I didn’t get refunded for the night.

Bed bugs

The property was incredibly dirty and the room appeared well overpriced. The room smelled like a "wet towel" as someone else had previously described in a review. In all honesty it was probably mould that had simply been painted over. Gross and a health risk… I mean, it was frankly not possible to remain inside the room without the windows staying open, which brings me to point 2: noise levels. Visiting a muslim country we had anticipated mosques and the prayers early in the morning. Our room was on the rooftop. I have never in my life experienced such roudiness. Travelers should know that the mosques nearby go off (very loudly) at 1am, 2am,3am and 4am and not just at 5am as expected. Since windows must stay open because of the stuffyness in the room, we were unable to sleep with that level of noise. The bathroom smelled disgusting, there were no hooks and they did not even have a shower curtain. Others had complained about bed bugs and I found myself itching the entire night. We were so uncomfortable and slept so poorly we decided to leave early after just one night. I have traveled around the world and have stayed in many countries. This place just sucked. We did not get our money back. Travelers beware!

Bedbugs and smelly rooms

하룻밤 묵고 빈대에 잔뜩 물렸습니다. 심지어 다음 날 아침에 침대에 남아있던 빈대를 직접 잡아죽이기까지 했어요. 직원한테 가서 환불해달라 하니까 이미 잔 1박은 환불해주지 않고 아직 안 잔 1박만 환불해 줬습니다.(사실상 안해줌) 전체적으로 낡고 더러웠고 화장실은 문틀이 틀어져서 문이 안 닫김(당연히 안 잠김). I got lots of bedbug bites here.

I got bed bugs at this hostel. Make sure to check your bed for small blood marks. Hostel allowed me to switch rooms but did not facilitate me very well in handling this. One of the staff members was overly friendly with me in a way that made me question his intentions and his views of European women.

Je me suis faite piquer par des insectes (punaises de lit je pense)

Leider haben wir uns in unserer ersten Nacht dort Bettwanzen eingefangen. Nachdem wir dies mit der Rezeption teilten bekamen wir einen neuen Raum. Wir hatten aber nicht das Gefühl, dass die befallenen Betten gereinigt wurden. Als wir am nächsten Tag abreisten waren sie frisch bezogen… Sehr schade weil das Hostel ansonsten wirklich perfekt ist!

Huge bed bug infestation. Rust colored stains on the bedsheets because of the bed bugs. I couldn’t stay the full two nights I reserved.
