BEDBUGS,don’t stay here after our first night we were covered in bedbug bites not surprising the room smelled foul and wasn’t clean,we told the staff&asked to be moved rooms, said they were full&just gave us new bedding&were extremely rude, the second night happened again so we complained again&was told there was nothing they could do,left the hostel&had to pay for expensive hotel for last night, hostel would only refund the last night despite us complaining throughout our stay&requesting full refund
Klopt er iets niet?
