- Küçük oda kiraladığımızı biliyorduk ama senelerdir hem yurtdışı hem de yurtiçinde bir sürü otelde kaldık ve ilk defa bu kadar kötüsünü deneyimledik. İlk oda ışıklığı baktığı için tek penceresi vardı ve pencereden karşı odada yatağında yatan insanları görüyorduk. Neyseki çalışan arkadaş çok iyiydi ki bizi başka bir küçük odayla değiştirdi. Bu sefer oda çatıdaydı. Duşakabinin içinde klozet vardı.

- The staff here were genuinely kind and helpful, and I appreciated being moved when there was a concern about possible bed bugs in my first room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strong sewage odor from the bathroom drains, which made showering unpleasant. The bed sagged, the sheets were thin, and street noise on Friday night made it difficult to sleep. While the people working here were great, the property itself needs significant maintenance, improved hygiene, and new sheets.

- Des cheveux retrouvés dans la salle de bain et le sol était sale. Connexion wifi gratuite qui ne marche pas. Musique du bar à côté jusqu’à 1 h du matin, compliqué de dormir pendant le concert. Petit déjeuner médiocre pour le prix payé.

+ En cuanto llegamos nos hicieron una mejora en la reserva a otro de sus hoteles sin coste adicional y sin haberlo pedido nosotros. También nos llevaron el coche y lo aparcaron.

+ Omdat het hotel overboekt was, moest ik naar een ander hotel, het Grand Anzac hotel, wat een stukje verderop was. Dit was opzich een prima hotel met een goede kamer, maar wel wat raar dat dit gebeurd.

- Dat ik naar een ander hotel moest omdat het overboekt was. Dit was wel een goed hotel, maar voor mij vervelend omdat ik een excursie geboekt had met ophalen in het Anzac hotel. Bovendien deed de wifi het niet in het grand anzac hotel. Ik vind het een merkwaardige praktijk om een kamer die al betaald is aan iemand anders te verhuren. Koomt nogal onbetrouwbaar over.
