I was leaked on all night via a hole in the ceiling by my bed. The shower pump was hanging off the wall. The beds were unstable and uncomfortable, they also gave my friend a rash which we assume was bed bugs. We were not provided with room keys and the doors were unlocked, so the safety aspect was a concern.
