Upon my arrival, I was told all beds where occupied, when I had already made a reservation online and paid a deposit on the reservation (that was never reimbursed) the staff brought me to another casa down the street and insisted I pay the same fee.

Its a very good place to stay when in Holguín. Clean, great location and the hosts are super friendly and helpful!
Ha sido una estancia fantástica, te hacen sentir como en casa. El hostel es perfecto, está muy bien equipado tanto las habitaciones como la cocina independiente y muy limpio. Completamente recomendable quedarse aquí.
