Hotel Punto4

This place is really bad I will strongly advise you not to book this property . This place almost ruined my whole trip. Got this place around 8pm only for the receptionist to tell me my booking from hostel world is invalid and the place is fully booked. How can it be fully booked when i booked in . I had to look for another alternative that night. Only for for place 8* and above

Dommage l’hôtel avait l’air bien…à l’arrivée, une camion de béton dans la cour avant ( en pleine rénovation ). Les lieux sont très sales et mal entretenu. Je n’avais pas de siège de toilette et mal douche était brisé, ma voisine n’avais tout simplement pas d’eau. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cette place.

Charged me more at location, rat ate my food in the middle of the night, shower and sink pressure was low, toilet stopped flushing, no ac, someone peaked into my window, didn’t have the key to the gate so I was struggling to leave early morning one day.

Muchos faltantes “ Limpieza , sin espejo ni luz del baño , abanico de aire trabaja defectuoso , las toallas sucias y con mal olor , y aparte de eso me han cobrado de más por hacer el pago con mi tarjeta de crédito , No lo recomiendo para hospedarse allí “

There was an ongoing construction on the top of our rooms, which started every day around 8 am, making it hard to sleep long. Other than that the place is simple, but enjoyable.

Hostel de dépannage pour une nuit. Je ne peux vraiment me plaindre ayant eu un toit sur la tête. Cela dit :la gérante du lieu etait gentille, mais c est à peu près tout ce que je retiens de bien...en sécurité dans l établissement...salle de bain, de l'eau qui coule un peu partout, le tuyau douche froid et mal reglé.Le point noir et c'est le cas de le dire, des petites bêtes noires venant sur le lit malgré mon acharnement à les chasser...je n ai pas passé une bonne nuit...et ambiance...

For one night its just fine. It is in the walking distance to connecting busses to santo domingo. However, the neighborhood is not very touristic, and the rooms are very basic; no proper key to lock the room, no shower head just a hose.

When checking in, our site reservation “was not visible” so we lost the deposit as we had to pay the full amount again on the spot. No hot water, no door to the bathroom, just a curtain Location is ok, there are 2 cute dogs on the premises, very friendly. The place is cheap so overall a good value for money I think

Muy buen lugar atendido por Perla. Con una excelente predisposición todo el tiempo . Una edificación nueva, me surgió un problemita y lo solucionó enseguida. Cerca de Bancos , todo tipo de comercios y transportes. Volvería
