- È stata una nottata veramente terribile. Confusione ovunque. C’è un club al piano terra e c’è musica altissima fino a tarda notte. Le stanze e i bagni non sono come nelle foto ma molto peggiori. Accanto alla finestra di camera mia un grande bocchettone ha dato un rumore tremendo per tutto il tempo, è stato impossibile dormire

- Hi, I had a very troubling experience during my stay at the property. The staff was rude and made me feel uncomfortable, ultimately refusing my accommodation based on their judgment after looking at my passport. I was told I would receive a refund in five days, but this leaves me without funds for safe accommodation. I felt bullied and vulnerable during this encounter. What's more I developed hives after the stressful experience either from bedbugs and items taken. Black girl was lovely and should get promoted as manager as the manger was very mean.

- Management was a bully to staff and clients didnt like them and judged them cancelling room last minutes to take money or beds leaving them in cold streets. Shouting at everyone, unfriendly and sarcastic.
+ I've been told that I'm speaking by myself in the reception , the reality is that I was watching arsenal-chelsea ( football game ) and I made some comments regarding Chelsea defence. After this I've been asked to leave the venue . in my way out there was a small package on the floor ( it looked like the ones used to hide drugs , inside the reception area. I won't recommend
- It was like trying to sleep in a club bathroom. People talking to themselves, crying about stuff while drunk and literally club music blaring past midnight :( I had to fall asleep with it somehow

+ Central location. Gab on reception was AMAZING at sorting an issue we had with bed allocation. Comfy capsules.
- One girl on reception couldn't care less about people's needs or feelings and was extremely rude. The heat in the capsule room was unbearable at times.

- En ocasiones que los baños tenían confort en el piso, eso si está bien señalizado para que eso no ocurra, quizás contratar personal para esa labor y sería un 10/10
+ Excelente localização, Tem um bar muito legal, dentro do Hostel. café da manhã é bom, as camas tem privacidade pelas cortinas.
- Barulho a madrugada toda, pelo som do bar, muito alto. Impossível de dormir !! A vibração do som no quarto e música alta.
