No light in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty, and they tried to make me pay more than i was supposed to…
we were out and they emailed saying we had to move rooms, they put us in the wrong one. then they said they'd already moved all our stuff. they didn't understand why we were upset about them moving our things without us there. or that it was crossing boundaries, unprofessional, and inappropriate. moved us to a room with a holey leaky ceiling and moldy ac unit. when we complained they did accommodate us and move us to another room. they had over a day to tell us we had to move ourselves,but didnt
Our stay was fine. The location is fun and we walked most distances every day, about 10 minutes to walking streets and the night market. Our room was okay! Bathroom Light had some troubles: going on and off and flickering. Annoying if you wanna shower.. and have no Light.
Unterkunft war irgendwie ausgebucht obwohl wir eine Reservierung hatten und wurden dann in ein anderes Hostel gebracht
Good place to stay, about 20 minute walk from the old town. We did some laundry here which was returned quickly. The room was very big and clean. The breakfast was limited but good quality. The pool was a nice place to chill out.
Great location, great staff, great services, great beds. Basically everyrhing great, highly recommend this place!
