- The photos was not like the real condition.. Very bad

+ The only good thing was the reception staff member. Everything else was awful

- The drain was blocked full of hair, the AC was not working, there were ants in one of the bathrooms and a large gap in the curtains in a room that was street level. The breakfast was terrible, and we had to ask for water every single day. When these complaints were raised, the manager said ‘this isn’t a 5 star hotel’. Extremely disappointed. It’s well situated near the blue mosque but there are many more hotels with a similar price point that have a better standard.

+ Nie mogę odnieść się do pytania ponieważ właściciel podobno pomylił terminy i nie miał już wolnego pokoju dla nas. Zakwaterował nas w hoteliku obok, chyba nie tylko nas, który już nie wyglądał jak oryginał. Nie moge porównać pokoi, bo nie widziałem pokoju, który zamówiłem. Widok z pokoju na poddaszu na cieśninę Bosfor, super (w drugim hotelu). Dobre śniadanie.

- Nie mogę odnieść się do pytania ponieważ właściciel podobno pomylił terminy i nie miał już wolnego pokoju dla nas. Zakwaterował nas w hoteliku obok, chyba nie tylko nas, który już nie wyglądał jak oryginał. Nie moge porównać pokoi, bo nie widziałem pokoju, który zamówiłem.

+ The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. It is situated in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul, within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions and has excellent transport links nearby, including trains, trams, and buses.

- Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. Although the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the cleanliness of the rooms was far below expectations. Housekeeping only replaced the towels and made the bed but did not properly clean the room or bathroom, nor were the sheets or toilet slippers changed during our stay. As a result of bed sheets not being changed, we often felt itchy throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep and adding to the overall sense of discomfort and lack of hygiene. The shower drain was also clogged, causing water to pool almost immediately during showers, which was very unpleasant. Another major issue was the room temperature. Despite advertising air conditioning, the AC could not be set to cooling mode. When I raised this with reception, they informed me that cooling is only available during the summer months, not spring, and suggested opening the window at night. However, doing so led to mosquitoes and insects entering the room, which made it even harder to rest. The breakfast included with the stay was very basic, offering minimal choices, and much of the food was cold and did not seem fresh. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable or clean stay. You are essentially only paying for the convenience of a great location — not for comfort, cleanliness, or quality.

+ Cerca de la mezquita azul, creo que es una buena zona para estar solo un día, poca oferta de ocio alimentación alrededor.

- Al ser un hotel pequeño, el desayuno es muy escaso en variedad y cantidad, si se acaba no se repone.

+ Albergo di atmosfera "vintage" in ottima posizione per visitare Istanbul; bella la vista dalla sala colazione al 4 piano e dal terrazzo panoramico al 5.

- Le camere non hanno i servizi descritti ovvero cassaforte, ma neppure il phon in bagno, né il telefono in camera x chiamare la reception, 2 prese di corrente ai piedi del letto, 1 comodino ll frigo bar che non funzionava, il bagno piccolissimo e senza nessuna mensola x appoggiare lo stretto necessario. Anche l'armadio cadeva letteralmente a pezzi. Insomma la descrizione fornita sul sito dei servizi non è conforme alla realtà. Colazione sufficiente ma non vale la pena di pagarla.

- Mobilier vechi in mare parte dezmembrat, mult praf chiar și după ce venea și făcea "curat" in cameră. Prosoapele deși spălate erau foarte vechi. Micul dejun limitat. Fotografiile puse pe booking nu corespund cu realitatea.

+ Aproape de principalele obiective turistice. Patul confortabil.

+ Am revenit cu placere in acest hotel, iar gazdele au facut totul pentru ca noi sa ne simțim extraordinar. Camera foarte curata, mic dejun foarte variat si bogat, iar locatia hotelului este ideala ptr iubitorii de plimbari ( aproximativ 450 de metri distanta de Hagia Sofia). Inclusiv recomandarile ptr cina...de nota 10.

- Nu exista ceva care sa nu imi fi placut.

+ Отличное расположение отеля. Рядом с мечетью Султанахмет. В шаговой доступности рынок Баязит. Убираються каждый день. Отличный персонал. Могут сохранить Ваш багаж до вашего вылета самолета и можете погулять без багажа!

+ Habitacion pequeña pero comoda, el servicio fue muy amable nos ayudo a solictar un taxi al aeropuerto y fue genial.

- Tenia algunos desperfectos pero para nosotras no fue problema.

+ Very convenient location in the old city. It is just behind the Blue mosque. Staffs are really kind and friendly.

+ Very clean and comfortable. Reception was very helpful they tried to help us in the best way not only inside the hotel but they suggested places to visit near hotel. Best experience 😇
