A lot to say, but only a summary here: Good location (near to Pub Street, good restaurants, bars, convenience stores, ...), nice building, but - too much cockroaches and bugs - one night I woke up by something tickling my arm ... didn't know that time, what it was, but already afraid it was ... - one bedbug another evening on the bed, while I was watching a movie, collected and showed to the reception the next morning, action: regular room cleaning (folks, that won't help against bedbugs ...) - woke up another night (2:30 am) by something tickling my leg, lights on, another bedbug, also found a 2nd in the bed beside other insects, collected all and showed reception in the morning, action: changing room - don't accept a ride to the bus stop arranged by the hotel - you'll be scammed and pay double price. Better book your own driver by grab (or Pass App - even cheaper) and save it for a beer (or 2)

Lots of little ants and bugs running around. At least no bed bugs.
