- Ein Freund wurde zu unrecht rausgeschmissen. Er hatte nur kurz eine Freundin im 6er Zimmer. OK Regel ist Regel, aber die Freundin, die auch im Hotel untergebracht war, wurde nachts um 01:00 Uhr vor die Tür gesetzt. Noch dazu wurde sie von der Managerin auf Spanisch als Hure beschimpft. Absolutes NO-GO
- Mi ha accettato.la.prenotazione nonostante ci fosse una bambina che non accettano, booking mi ha detto che dovevano essere loro a riconoscermi il.rimborso,invece non estate così e si sono rimpallate le responsabilità, risultato che non sono stato rimborsati e non ho soggiornato li. Sono stato preso in giro.

- A lot of light in the room (small negative observation) Main issue: Had a horrible experience. Not to go into detail but the hotel staff did not meet the requirements of hotel hospitality. I never gave such a bad review. And I would never stay here again. What happened to me was beyond appalling… I will unfortunately remember this for many years

- Colchón horrible, se hunde. La habitación doble tiene tanto ruido que es imposible dormir. Las toallas están sucias, tres días poniendo toallas sucias. El ventilador no funciona y nos ofrecieron cambiar al finalizar nuestra estancia. No te recomiendo para nada este hostel
- Instalaciones en muy mal estado, me robaron mis audífonos de mi iPhone, trato del personal fatal, muy muy mala experiencia JAMAS VUELVO A HOSPEDARME AHÍ Y NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE

+ Increíble lo prolijo, limpio, ordenado y bien distribuido que está todo. Increíble hostel. Quedé encantada con el lugar. Cada cosa estaba preparada para que por más que compartas con otras personas, te sientas cómoda y puedas tener tus cosas con seguridad, con comodidad y espacio. Quedé encantada <3
Amazing how neat, clean, tidy and well distributed everything is. Amazing hostel. I was delighted with the place. Everything was prepared so that even though you share with other people, you feel comfortable and can keep your things safe, with comfort and space. I was delighted <3

- Demasiado ruido todo el dia la zona es demasiada transitada y el bar que tiene el hostel es ruidoso
The bed is very comfortable and the room in general is very good Too much noise all day the area is too busy and the bar that the hostel has is noisy

- Lugares con sombra al aire libre donde estar durante el día. Que no tiene un lugar para secar la ropa mojada y la mayoría vamos a la playa.
Location: near the beach, the pier, and the Oxxo. shady outdoor places to stay during the day. that have no place to dry wet clothes and most go to the beach.
My 3rd stay at this location over last 6 years , Great location, nothing changed. No upgrades either. Place is clean and that’s important for me, also that the pool water is clean. This time shocked me that the cost increased so much. Event dinner of 2 entries and 2 beers was 65 USD (not do that again). I found that we should get a resort room for same cost for the stay of 4days private room. Will go back but probably a Finesteer just behind this lactation would be nicer pool on beach.

- La cantidad de días que me quedé, para la próxima vez me quedo más tiempo.

+ Está muy bonito, la ubicación los trabajadores muy amable
- Los baños en la habitación 205 compartida mixta, las puertas de los sanitarios y regaderas no cierran en su totalidad tienen una rendija de unos 3 cm por lo consiguiente si estás haciendo del baño ves a la persona de a lado es muy incómodo, la regadera igual y los que se están lavando las manos te ven haciendo del baño realmente muy muy incómodo si pudieran cambiar las puertas por unas a su medida estaría perfecto.

Особенно хочу отметить коллектив. Настолько дружелюбных, внимательных и искренне заботливых сотрудников встретишь нечасто. Каждый человек здесь делает свою работу с душой, и это чувствуется в каждом моменте — от улыбки на ресепшене до помощи в любых мелочах. Спасибо за тёплый приём и отличный сервис!

En general todo estuvo bien, el desayuno estaba excelente muy rico todo, las bebidas muy buenas, la limpieza también la mayoría del tiempo bien, el personal también muy bien, mi única recomendación sería que pusieran más actividades para ayudar a romper el hielo y que conecten los viajeros como en tulum y en Cancún

Vibes immaculate, staff fire my and welcoming. 10/10 loved it. Highly recommend.

- Los cuartos compartidos las chicas eran muy sucias y desordenadas, también había una señora que se enojaba si prendía la luz cuando uno llega de su viaje de noche la señora se creía dueña apagaba el aire cuando se sentía caliente le comenté al encargado de la noche pero al parecer hasta miedo le tenía porque era muy agresiva y molesta en general no me gustó ya me había hospedado y prendían luz nadie decía nada porque es normal pero esta vez si fue muy incómodo. Los baños estaban muy sucios esta vez la verdad que me decepcionó la limpieza, las camas fueron incómodas
