I think some people come with very high expectations for a budget accommodation. The apartment I had was more than adequate for my stay considering the price, and the owner was helpful when I had a question or concern. He was also kind enough to allow me to keep my luggage stored since I had a late flight. There are buses running outside of the building along the main road, and it is not hard to catch a Bolt taxi outside of the building in a designated taxi area. Give it a try.
