Flag Motor Lodge

Reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and polite Room wasn't cleaned when card put on door. Had cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom and we believe there were bed bugs as we came home with bites over us. Cleaning staff had no PR and were ignorant Paid for early book in and room wasn't ready

Very comfortable and pretty good value Unfortunately I was attacked by bed bugs pretty badly...this experience will stay with me and I'm unlikely to stay again because of this 😕 I also left a mirror, and although I called for them to check they said there was no mirror...I feel like one of the housekeeping staff may have kept it. 😒
