there are bedbugs in the rooms!!! don't go there!!

Sehr schlecht, schimmel, bettwanzen und Decke hat getropft Fenster nur minimal öffbar Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Lichtschalter waren kaputt und machten komische Geräusche. Bad Tür war kaputt. Zimmer 702 Katastrophe

Die schlimmste Erfahrung die man machen kann. Alles stinkt nach Urin und Schweiß. Der Flur sowie sämtliche Sanitäranlagen sind voll mit Schimmel. Über Bettwanzenbefall muss man leider auch klagen. Das Essen schmeckt wie der letzte Dreck und sorgt unerfreuliche Momente. Selten in einem größeren Drecksloch gewesen.

I encountered problems during my nights spent at the urbany hostel, in fact my room looked clean and it smelledvery bad, moreover during my first night spent the next day I caught pimples all over my body, so I went to the hospital the day after, the doctors confirmed to me that it was indeed bedbugs. I warned the hostel, they did not look for viable solutions, I find this unacceptable because they left me in almost the same condition, they didn't take into account the seriousness of things.

I slept in a bed with bed bugs which is just a thing of bad hygiene and in a country in Europe shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I did get my money back for the nights in that bed and the stuff were really understanding. It’s otherwise a nice hostel with roof Terrasse and normal Terrasse but it’s less welcoming if the 3-4 girls at the entrance desk watching a movie or are all on their phones everytime you’re entering or come downstairs. Besides the bed bugs I had hairs on my „clean“ sheets…

No soy de las que les gusta poner comentario negativos sobre las estancias en las que voy... conque estén medianamente decentes me vale... pero en este caso tengo que contarlo por que es un tema de salud pública y ocasiona graves problemas de salud si no se tiene cuidado.... estuve 2 noches en este lugar y salí de el toda llena de bultos que escocian y picaban mucho ocasionado por chinches y a saber que más... tengo fotos para probarlo pero no me parece adecuado subirlas por lo que dejo al criterio de cada uno el alojarse aquí o no ... advertidos estáis....

Für dieses Hostel finde ich keine Worte! Ich war dort für eine Woche mit der Schule. Wir hatten ein Achterzimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Bad mit zwei Duschen, wobei man eine gar nicht nutzen konnte, da sich zu viel Schimmel in ihr befand, während in der anderen noch „verhältnismäßig“ wenig Schimmel war. Dazu kam, dass das Essen quasi nicht zumutbar war (u.a. gefühlt rohe, weiche Pommes). Bevor man sich jedoch Essen nehmen konnte, musste man sich zuerst einmal sauberes Geschirr raussuchen... Als unsere Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte, hat sich das Personal einen Tag mit der Reparatur Zeit gelassen. Aber als wäre das alles nicht genug - wir haben am letzten Tag Bettwanzen entdeckt. Das hat nochmal alles getoppt! So durften wir zu Hause erstmal alle Sachen einfrieren und gründlich waschen. Das war die Kurzfassung meines Aufenthaltes in dem Urbany Hostel! Einmal und definitiv nie wieder!!!!

Schlimmstes Hostel überhaupt! Ich war dort eine Woche auf Klassenfahrt und bin extremst enttäuscht von dem Hostel. Wir hatten zu 8 ein winziges Badezimmer, in den Duschen und an der Zimmerdecke war überall Schimmel, sodass nur eine der Beiden Duschen halbwegs benutzt werden konnte. Nach ein paar Tagen ging unsere Klospülung kaputt und die Leute am Empfang haben uns bis zum nächsten Tag warten lassen. Das Essen (Frühstück& Abendessen) war ungenießbar. Die Pommes waren noch roh und der Salat sah vertrocknet und alt aus. Neben dem Schimmel haben wir auch noch Bettwanzen entdeckt. Nach der Fahrt durften wir dann erstmal ALLES waschen. Ich weiß echt nicht wie dieses Hostel so gute Bewertungen bekommen hat. Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen einzigen Stern geben. NIE WIEDER!

Nie wieder !!! Bettwanzen und Schimmel in den duschen!! Extrem unhygienisch und das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war katastrophal !!! Das Personal ist nett aber das hilft einem da auch nicht weiter .. waren dort mit einer Reisegruppe und alle sind von Bettwanzen befallen !!! Da ist 1 Stern zu viel!

The Security was okay but cleanness ???? No way it was bed Bug on the Bed. I had almost 15 Itches on my body. It was terrible . the staff apologized me first the they sad they will return my money back. In check out said me no we wot you pay back!! after talked they said me that i have to send a email and they will contact me. I sent mail and nobody contacted me. It was horrible !!!!! DONT GO THERE !

Unless your budget doesn't allow you to stay away from this place I wouldn't consider it. The members of the staff WILL come into your room whenever they please without knocking, explaining or apologizing for doing so. Very very far from a Hostel vibe. Dusty and carpeted floors (high risk of bedbugs) and fungus all over the ceilings and bathroom areas. Good location, relatively quiet
