I was put in a room with what seemed to be homeless people. The room smelled terrible. Kitchen was barely usable. The bathroom and toilet seemed disgusting. There is no curtain or anything around the bed you get no privacy.

STAY AWAY. Not a real hostel, just a cramped apartment with 5 beds in a room. Extremely unprofessional: a staff member actually slept in the same dorm room as the guests. The kitchen and bathroom are tiny and dirty. Bathroom had very low water pressure, and 3 staff members were constantly taking up the kitchen space so guests couldn't even use it. Way overpriced for what is essentially someone's crowded house. Do NOT book.

The WORST place I've ever been, absolutely rude staff member called Manuel used to just enter your room anytime without even nocking,accused me of being the cause of a insanely bad smell OF GARBAGE that was OBVIOUSLY coming from the works that were being done in front of the hostel, kept saying new rules that I didn’t see being told for anyone else not even once… the bathrooms are disgusting, dirty and creepy, it has a good localization but it's not worth it. Really, don't stay at this place

Definitely not the best choice in Florence but still reasonable. You get what you pay for, not much.

Horrible, we left earlier because we couldnt handle another night here. Showers sucked, beds sucked and left us itchy for days, kitchen not usable, no sitting space and no place to brush your teeth except the kitchen sink. Only redeeming was its location but even that wasnt that great considering it is in a horribly busy street and the window has to be open because the dumb ass airco doenst work otherwise. That one argentinian employee was nice, others werent that nice. Wouldnt recommend.

El peor hostal en el que he estado, llegamos y no había luz por lo que no se podía cargar los celulares, usar wifi, calentar comida ni ducharnos con agua caliente. La noche siguiente salimos y al volver no podíamos abrir la puerta porque de nuevo se cortó la luz y funciona a través de código... estuvimos 30 minutos esperando recibir ayuda. Pedimos el reembolso ya que no fue por lo que pagamos y manuel no fue amable, ademas de que el reembolso fue menor a un noche. Cecilia es un amor

Tem uma localização privilegiada, contudo o local é ruim nos demais quesitos: limpeza, higienização, espaço físico, funcionários, péssima ventilação, iluminação deficitária, apenas dois banheiros, um com ducha e sanitário e o outro com sanitário. O com ducha sempre molhado. Os dois sempre sujos. O quarto que fiquei mal ventilado , portanto um cheiro terrível.

Eine Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich, der andere Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich Positiv: Kein eigenes Schloss für Schließfächer nötig Sauber, Gute Lage Negativ: Keine Atmosphäre, kein Gemeinschaftsraum Check Out schon 10:30 Schlecht zu finden

La struttura è comoda perché vicinissima al centro, ma è sporca e il prezzo è alto per quello che offre, però se ti piacciono gli ostelli e vuoi socializzare è perfetto

Good place for a couple days and good location the facilities are a bit limited but not bad for a short stay

Only actual good thing is the location and I guess the beds are alright, okay for a night but nothing where you want to be during the day. Staff is not existing and we were lucky that there actually was somebody for check in but for others that arrived there wasn’t. Hard to find and really low security, the bathroom are nasty but I guess do the job. But for that price it was alright.

The toilets and shower are really bad. The rooms are ok.

Its a good experience specially for the cost and prime location that it have. Would be better if the facilities could be more specially for the bathroom and air condition.

Excelente ubicación. Muy amables y solidarios. El baño es pequeño pero funciona. Hay una lavandería muy barata justo al frente.

Billige Absteige, geht ber zur Not. Schwer auffindbar, da Hausnummern an der Strasse nicht der Reihe nach gehen.

Gute, zentrale Lage aber der Rest tatsächlich nicht gut. Dreckiges Bad, keine Klimaanlage, sehr weiche Betten… improvisiertes Hostel. Für eine Nacht okay aber nicht länger würde ich sagen
