Pint on Punt Backpackers

We booked a private room - mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, gave me such a sore back. Bedding and sheets felt itchy, I had a few bed bug bites. Kitchen is very small. Shower temperature very hard to regulate - it’s either freezing or boiling hot. Not much happening at the hostel itself, it’s quiet at night which is a positive. Free breakfast was good - toast, cereal and tea/coffee. The bar downstairs had deals on alcohol for people staying at the hostel which was good too.

Disgusting rooms, had bedbugs. Reception doesn't care. Don't waste your money.

Stay clear from this hostel! We found bedbugs in the beds and told the owner. He was not helpful at all and went into a rant about how backpackers are scamming him because they find bedbugs and want to get a refund for their stay. Clearly there has been bedbugs there for a while and they are not doing anything about it.
