Perth City Backpackers Hostel

Absolutely not! The kitchens are filthy, the sofas half-broken, and the air-conditioning in the room doesn't work, which is a real problem with 40°C outside. Worse still, it leaked onto our belongings. Worst of all was the bedbug infestation, and reception did nothing except offer to pay for washing machines. As for the breakfast included, it was derisory. Despite some nice encounters that made the stay more pleasant, the hostel is far too expensive ($350 a week) for such mediocre services, and bedbugs!!! We're still trying to get rid of them!

Appalling behaviour from what I thought was a respectable establishment. Dishonest staff asked to leave with no notice by accusations that were false. Sold my bed out days before I left without letting me know. Leaving me in the dark with minimal time to prepare although I had paid for the full week. No sign of a refund. Facilities inadequate for the populas of the hostel. Poor hygiene and ridden with bed bugs. Overall disgusted with the experience! Worst in perth! FACT.
