+ Ottima posizione centrale , camera spaziosa e confortevole.
- Eravamo in due e Nella struttura non è stato possibile fare una doccia calda per più di 5 minuti poiché il boiler dell’acqua non funzionava correttamente, avendo fatto lo shampoo ho dovuto risciacquare per forza la testa con l’acqua fredda ed inoltre tra una doccia ed un’altra ho dovuto aspettare 25 minuti prima che si ricaricasse la acqua calda. Altra nota negativa è che è non c è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in loco dopo il check out , ma solamente a pagamento in un’agenzia adiacente alla struttura , per 5€ a bagaglio . Ultima nota negativa l’impossibilità di oscurare la camera poiché la porta finestra della camera da letto non dispone di tenda oscurante o tapparella esterna .
Je pensais prendre une auberge de jeunesse. C'était une chambre dans un appartement où les voisins tagguent les murs en disant qu'ils ne veulent pas de touristes. D'un appartement ils en ont fait 4 chambres. Où tout est millimétré... Pas de salle de bain, une douche à même la chambre, pas d'aspiration, de l'humidité. Bien placé sinon dans Zadar 25 min à pied de la gare 15 de la plage et en plein centre.
I was thinking of taking a hostel. it was a room in an apartment where the neighbors tag the walls saying they don't want tourists. an apartment they made into 4 bedrooms. where everything is millimeter... no bathroom, a shower in the same room, no suction, no humidity. well located otherwise in Zadar 25 minutes walk from station 15 of the beach and right in the center.
het personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar de gang naar de kamer lijkt op een kraakpand. het ruikt naar urine en er staat een tekst ‘dear guests f**k off’ op de deur met een kapot geslagen raam. als solo-reiziger voelde dit niet ontzettend veilig. de kamer zelf heeft prima faciliteiten, alleen zaten er doorheen heel de kamer enorme schimmel plekken op de muur en de muren zijn ontzettend dun waardoor ik helaas last had van constant geluid om de gang en andere kamers.
The staff is very friendly, but the hallway to the room looks like a crackpot. it smells like urine and there is a text "Dear guests f**k off" on the door with a broken window. as a solo-traveler felt it not very safe. the room itself has excellent facilities, only sitting there through the whole room huge mold spots on the wall and the walls are extremely thin which unfortunately last time I had constant noise around the hallway and other rooms.

+ Appartement op een mooie centrale plek. Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Schoon en contact met eigenaresse snel en positief. Eigenaresse denkt graag mee wil je verblijf zo positief mogelijk laten verlopen.
- De airco was kapot en kon niet gemaakt worden in de drie / vier dagen dat wij er verbleven. Met 34 graden in een flat midden in het centrum is dat niet te doen. We hebben daardoor erg slecht geslapen. Eigenaresse heeft er alles aan gedaan om te helpen en heeft een waaier gebracht.
+ Locatie was goed, ruime kamer, balkonnetje om kleren te kunnen drogen, goede douche met voldoende druk
- Alles was in orde. Bed was misschien een beetje te hard De communicatie met de gastvrouw verliep minder vlot. Niet duidelijk via welk kanaal we contact moesten nemen
+ Camera esteticamente bella e pulita, doccia molto spaziosa, dotato di Frigo con 2 bottiglie piccole di acqua. Non c’è un’insegna con il nome della struttura quindi difficile da trovare in una via secondaria, ma i gestori inviano prima del tuo arrivo le foto per aiutare nella ricerca. Palazzo esterno degradato ma le stanze sono ristrutturate, curate e accoglienti. D’impatto può sembrare una brutta via ma è proprio nel centro storico! Vicino a tutto! Ottima posizione! C’è sempre gente
- Il palazzo esternamente è fatiscente, ha il cancello di entrata rotto, chiunque può entrare non è molto sicuro. Tra un piano e l’altro ci sono delle bici parcheggiate. non c’è una hall quindi non si possono lasciare i bagagli in caso di volo serale, però appena sotto c’è un negozio che tiene di bagagli al costo di 5€ l’uno. La stanza Non è insonorizzata come c’è scritto.. Non ci sono zanzariere quindi ho comprato l’autun perché mi pungevano

+ Lokacija, ljubaznost vlasnice objekta, urednost, opremljenost sobe. Sve je zaista bilo sjajno i za svaku preporuku.
+ Super lokalizacja. Wszystko w pobliżu do 200m. od obiektu: sklepy,targowisko,restauracje,przystań miejska (promy,katamarany na pobliskie piękne wyspy. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Spokojna okolica bez zgiełku miejskiego. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy dla osób lubiących naturę. W pobliżu Park Narodowy Telaśćica (ok.45min.katamaranem), Krka (50min.autobusem), Paklenica (50min.autobusem) i Kornati. Wspaniały pobyt,miłe wspomnienia.
