Stayed 7 nights in a private room (303) and not once did the staff ask if we wanted the room cleaned or towels changed. Started feeling itchy from day one — turned out to be BED BUGS (found two large ones on the 5th night). The owner reacted poorly and suggested we brought them ourselves. Staff was friendly at first, but became indifferent when we didn’t book tours, trekking, transport, etc…with them. Wi-Fi is VERY weak. On the positive side: comfortable mattress, spacious room, good hot shower, and a well-prepared breakfast (mango juice, coffee/tea, eggs, toast with butter/honey/jam, and a banana).

We stayed in October 2022 in the annex building and it was completely infested with bed bugs. Also the owner was super intoxicated and unhelpful.
