Apple Hostel Bishkek

- I booked a double room but they gave me a triple room with 3 single beds, and refused to give me a double. Claimed someone was already in the double. Tried to persuade me it was actually a upgrade because the triple is more expensive, and said they were doing me a favour because they won't charge me extra for the triple. Even though I was a solo traveller. If someone wants to extend and the room they're in is already booked you say no to the extension or move them to a different room, you don't let them stay in the same room when you have someone else checking in expecting that room. Poor service.

+ If you are travelling to Bishkek and want to be only surrounded by tourists this is the perfect place to be. It feels like a big prison with only tourists in it the hostel was clean but let me start with telling you what all is wrong with this hostel.

- Please don't book your stay here. It's the worst hostel one can stay in. There is no hot water to take a shower post a long hike. The air conditioning doesn't work and the staff doesn't care about it. The receptionist Tibya is very incompetent at her job and once told to fix the air conditioning she said it wasn't her problem and it's the owners fault. I have never come accross such unprofessional staff that instead of finding a solution blames the owners and then starts to cry to draw attention and start blaming guests. This hostel is a scam. Too big for them to maintain it. Also if you are planning to use the pool it's in the next door building, dirty because construction is going on openly and workers working everywhere. Definitely not a pool relaxing atmosphere. I highly advise you to book with Tunduk or any other hostel but not this if you like moneys worth.

- расположен далеко от центра и трассы в углу, в туалете и ванной грязно везде волосы грязь не моют и воняет, в этаже ночью было шумно, не спали так как заселил целую команду по спроту мальчиков их тренера там не быдо сами всю ночь играли, стол ко раз просили быть по тише бестолку, орали топали дверь каждуб секунду тарс открылвали и закрыали бегали туда сюда просто кошмарная ночь была, завтрак тоже самое всего 2 вида и то безвкусно, перносал куда то ушел ждали их еще, вообщем не советую, лучше доплатить и в другом норм месте переночевать. Я думала как в Ташкенте за такую цену было комфортно, но здесь полное разочаривание

- The hostel does not match the filters in “Bookings”. Somehow it has been included in 8+ but it is definitely on a much lower scale.

+ I like this place because of your close proximity to the bus station that allows me to go to Almaty by bus. At least I can walk over there within 2 mins.

- I simply dislike the disgruntled attitude of the staff. I just felt that your staff’s attitude was rude and unwelcoming. I was not happy with your staff and may I suggest you to train your reception staff to be a bit more polite? It could improve the overall rating of your hostel as I know that your hostel has so much to offer.

- one particular employer attitude and her manager. Manager did not want to talk on the phone just wanted to write on whatsapp and very non customer centered. No toilet paper on wc, beds are rather uncomfortable. Tour services proposed are in fact just transfer services and no information about specificities of the "tour" is given. It's just "give me my money and go away" kind of tour. Do not recommend it at all.

- 3박을 했는데 룸청소 요청시에만 청소.(투숙시 사전안내도 없었고). 조식은 매우 부실, 녹차만 제공하고 커피마실려면 별도구입. 세면장에 물비누만 제공, 컵도 없음(양치시 애로). 프런트 직원이 자기가 영어를 못하니 러시아어로 얘기해 달라고 해서 어이가 없었어요. 주변이 너무 어둡고 변변한 식당도 없어요. 지난 날들의 후기가 좋아서 투숙했는데 서부정류장이 이전해서 아무런 이점이 없었고. 대실망. 친구를 만들지 모르고 영리만 추구하는 듯한 인상.

- Геморрой с тапочками, сними, одень, сними, одень итд. Душ сломан, мыла нет. Санузел совместный с другим номером. Алкоголь запрещен)) Почему?

+ I really liked the staff, the cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast served was really good (in a canteen next door). Also, there is a stolovaya next to it which serves simply amazing Kyrgyz food.

- I actually liked everything, it is a bit outside the city center (20 minutes by foot, bit there is also a direct bus leaving every 10 minutes). The atmosphere is generally really cozy - when I come to Bishkek again, I'll stay there.

+ Le personnel est tres accueillant disponible est tres sympathique! La rencontre avec les autres clients de l hôtel. La propreté des sanitaires.

- L emplacement de l hôtel est plus loin de tout que l on imaginait. Néanmoins il y a 1 supermarché juste a côté. Le restaurant adossé a l hôtel est fermé durant le mois du ramadan, ca aurait interessant d avoir l information avant car j avais choisi l hotel pour cela aussi. Et dans le quartier tout proche il n y a pas de quoi se restaurer.
