In a snapshot = Bed Bugs After being bit to death, spent the night in the lobby and booked another hotel --killed 11 bugs, room was infested (have photos!) --owner had to contact an exterminator and seal off the room --owner did apologized and offered a night at another facility, while room went through maintenance >since I booked for three nights I asked for money back = no luck I have been traveling Spain for over a month and I am an experienced traveler ; this was the worst experience I've ever had. I immediately booked another establishment (which turned out to be amazing) Post this for fellow travelers --stay at your own peril* Note, have never written a review like this before
