no stuff, cold, no kitchen i want to give it one star but i was generous!
I booked it and paid the fees etc. Then I booked my ticket to Vienna (it was a train departing 1 hour later) and then the hostel text me saying that they have cancelled my reservation because of some errors, and that they won’t charge me for the rest of the stay - but then it’s my issue getting the rest of the money back that Hostelworld has charged. And I haven’t. So just a really bad experience
My room card was a bugger to get working, was very difficult to get the power in my pod working each time I took my card out. My (very tiny, pretty much useless) towel had a gross brown stain on it (don’t even wanna think about where it was from). The bathrooms were clean-ISH (emphasis on the ish) but there were no hooks or shelves in the showers to put any of your stuff. I was basically sleeping in a thin plastic coffin that was not sound or light proof AT ALL.
La luz no apagaba por más que intente (soy ingeniero eléctrico), no pude dormir. (Igual no hacen reembolsos) y no hubo nunca ayuda por parte de nadie. Se siente en seguro y es lejos.
The lights wouldn't go out no matter how hard I tried (I'm an electrical engineer), I couldn't sleep. (They still don't give refunds) and there's never been any help from anyone.
I like having a more private space than a bunk bed and the air conditioning was great in August. The toilet rooms and shower cabins are private which is nice, but they smelled awful and one toilet was backed up all night. There are no staff around except to clean in the morning. There are lockers where you can keep your suitcase until 6pm but your code to the entry expires at checkout time so that was a problem. There is no refrigerator or cooking facility at all. A kettle but no cups.
Fun for one night stay, difficult for mofe due to location and lack of kitchen and hang out area. No working lockers so i slept with my backpack in my feet.
Interestingly WiFi was not working upstairs and also tv inside the pod 1 not working too
The stay was comfortable. However my wifi was not working and even when I called the help desk they could not figure it out. I still feel that not having a receptionist complicates many things

Cool idea, only implemented sufficiently.
nice stay in a private space capsule. Small towel provided and also ear plugs which was a nice touch. luggage can be left in the lockers until 6pm which was helpful. Good showers with free shower gel. Location a little outside the inner city but I had a travel card so no issue. U bahn station a 10 mins walk away. Plenty of bars and supermarkets around and a Lidl next door. Overall an enjoyable stay. :)

The lockers aren’t secure enough. In fact, another girl and I tried opening ours by swapping keys, and we managed it. Suggestion: provide lockers and let everyone use their own padlock. Otherwise… excellent!

Beste Lage in Wien auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Support Serice ist sofort bei Fragen erreichbar, es ist sehr sauber, Handtuch vorhanden und vor allem war es nachts ruhig, man höhrt kein Straßenverkehr.
Best location in Wien also with public transport, Support Serice is sofort bei Fragen erreichbar, it is very clean, Handkerchiefs are available and above all it was at night quiet, one hörst kein Straßenverkehr.

No está mal como experimento, tienen su gracia las "cápsulas", pero no hay nadie atendiendo y va todo por códigos y tal, quizá si tuvieran mejor ubicación repetiría pero no es para demasiadas noches. Todo estaba limpio. Las cápsulas para la imagen que tienen no insonorizan demasiado el ruido, y las puertas que tienen son escandalosas asi que mejor llevar tapones (o cogerlos gratis de arriba, donde la "recepción"
Not bad as an experiment, the "capsules" have their fun, but there is no one attending and everything goes by codes and so on, maybe if they had a better location I would repeat but not for too many nights. everything was clean. the image capsules they have don't soundproof too much the noise, and the doors they have sound scandalous so better to carry plugs (or pick them up for free upstairs, where the "reception" is

It was okay, would be better if there was a vending machine to buy water and snacks, as there isn’t much around if you arrive late at night. Different checkout time on the email and in the website. Confusing. Other than that it was nice and would go again
It’s a place for a somewhat decent sleep.. no social atmosphere but that’s expected. The sheets didn’t feel clean at all.. a lot of hairs leftover from the previous people. The towels were super small and the pods themselves were very noisy. If you’ve been in a true capsule hotel where they’re built into the walls, don’t expect the same from this
Everything was cool except the staff woke me up and knocked on the capsule door 3 hours before checkout time for cleaning. Also I got 2 different informations about when checkout time is.
Epic experience; definitely recommend! You get a pod in a mixed dorm, but privacy as you can close the pod. In each pod you get a towel, sockets, TV with netflix and youtube, a safe, mirror, shelf, table and reading lamp (plus lights are awesome!). Lockers with keys and showers are hot. Note there's no reception or kitchen, and it's self check-in (code sent on arrival day). You can leave bags until 6pm on departure day. I came early (code was sent at 7am) and staff prepared my pod immediately.
Eine super coole Idee. Top Organisation und easy ging. Boxen größer als gedacht. Super sauber und angenehm. Tolles Erlebnis. Mir war es etwas zu hell in der Nacht - aber einfach Kissen auf die ganzen Schalter und gut war's!! Gerne wieder.
Great for a night or two and the pods were spacious with a TV and Netflix. Not a huge amount of showers, one of which is inside the room with all of the sinks and so I was locked out from using the sinks for a while. Great for privacy but felt like the pods had just been placed in a space meant for a highstreet store. really good location for the city but if you want so somewhere with atmosphere or fora longerperiod this might not be the place.

Cool experience. Easy instructions for access/checking in. They provided a towel which was a plus. The capsules themselves are just made of cheap plastic and noisy. None of my chargers worked so I couldn’t charge my phone for the night.
