Okay for a night, but i wouldnt stay longer. bathrooms do smell, matresses are not comfortable and there were bedbugs on the floor (not in the bed but still). Location is great tho

BED BUGS – Do not stay here!!!! Serious bed bug infestation – I moved beds in the middle of the night, the other room also had bugs. Both bedsheets had stains on them from bed bug excrement / old bed bugs. Do not stay at this property unless you receive confirmation that they shut down the property for a few weeks to thoroughly eradicate bed bugs in all rooms. I have stayed in dozens of hostels across 25+ countries, and never had such a bad experience – surprising, given the price point of this hostel! Racked up a bill of hundreds of dollars to thoroughly disinfect, discard, and replace belongings to avoid spreading bugs further on my travels and at home. This is a serious, widespread, bed bug infestation – do not stay at this property unless it has been thoroughly decontaminated. The stay was nice but I left with bed bug bites and that is why I’m giving 1 star. It should definitely not be happening for this price. To hold bags you have to pay to rent a towel you have to pay 4 euros. Extremely expensive especially when you get bed bugs

bed bugs!! I got bit all over!! and I only stayed in the bed for less than an hour and had to go through the inconvenience of washing everything and going to another hotel and paying $300 /night

Personnel pas très accueillant à l’arrivée. Semblait débordé par le Check-in alors que nous étions peu nombreux, une personne en formation peut être que c’était à cause de ça. Auberge qui semble clean en apparence, pas de savon dans les douches qui me semble être l’essentiel mais pas si grave. Je m’installe le soir dans mon lit et découvre une punaise de lit que j’écrase. Je soulève le matelas et l’angle du lit était plein d’œufs de punaises… À la réception on s’occupe de moi, me met dans une autre chambre et me propose de laver mes affaires le lendemain. Je vais dans l’autre chambre un peu secouée de cet événement. La chambre était glaciale même si l’AC était off… j’ai très mal dormi, d’autant que les portes sont fines et j’entendais la musique à la réception dès 8h… En allant aux toilettes le matin, peinture fraîche, ça sentait une odeur très forte et toxique, je me suis mis de la peinture sur les doigts en allant aux toilettes et cette odeur ne pas ma donné envie de me doucher. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit, j’en suis meme partie plus vite que prévu.

There were bedbugs! While the common area was decent, security and location both excellent, my two night stay was overshadowed by bedbugs found at 5am the second morning. Staff seemed to be meh about it and said they would spray for them. Be warned! Also; the hostel isn’t very social, however for wanting a quiet sleep it works well! Showers were a little smelly, and not in great order, could have used a slightly larger area to change but seemed typical overall.

Staff were excellent and hostel is overall quiet apart from some outside noise. However, the toilets were a bit smelly and the bed I had was infested with bedbugs.

Unfortunately on my last morning, I checked my sheets and saw some bed bugs - I did let the staff know just in case but it was a shame to see at the end!

The cleaniness was not the best and aslo bed bugs.

Unfortunately all the beds in our room had bed bugs. The staff allocated most of us new beds but ended up not having enough spare beds. Told us we would get a refund but I had to phone up multiple times before I got this. Each phone call I was given different information. Apart from this the hostel seemed really nice so maybe we were just unlucky and it was a one off event. If it wasn’t for this incident I would have recommend the hostel. If staying here check your bed!

This hostel had bed bugs. 4 of the 6 beds in my dorm had dozens and dozens of bed bugs. The gentlemen at reception was very accommodating and found an alternative apartment for me and another person and offered for us to wash our clothes in the staff laundry. Management assured us that we would be refunded our money however after more than 6 weeks the money has not been refunded. Other people affected only received a refund after multiple phone calls and emails.
