Booking.comで高評価をつけろと言われたのでつけましたがこちらに正直にレビューします。 Booking.comでSea Breezeと書いてあるのはこのホテルのことです。 まず、受付に人がいません。受付に鍵もなく、セキュリティ皆無です。 案内してくれたベッドはすでに人が使っていて、別のベッドを使うように言われました。 オフシーズンだったので人はほとんどいなかったですし、多くの人が書いていたBedbugsも見ませんでしたが、唯一ドミトリーにいた人がドラッグ中毒者で夜通し何をされるかわからずとても怖かったです。受付の人がいないので何もしてくれませんでした。 付属のボディーソープは何も入っていませんでした。 ドブロブニクにしてはかなり安いので何かおかしいと思ったほうがいいです。

I only stayed for one night, actually about 6 hours at the hostel, since I had to catch a bus early in the morning, and the location was perfect. The problem was that I was attacked by bedbugs during the night. I was very disappointed, imagine if I had stayed longer. I hope they improve the beds. Another negative point is that my bed was right under the air conditioning, which is not very healthy. Because of the bedbugs, I do not recommend this place!

Bed bugs!, paid for 4bed-room but was put in 6bed "for the first night with promise to change rooms next day" which never happened, questionable data security: saw the receptionist send a pic of my ID via WhatsApp "to his boss", questionable handwritten receipt, pics online NOT real, only 1 toilet and shower per gender, extra "tourist fees per night" which were not indicated online, accept only cash but don't have enough change, towel not included "3€ or free if I leave good review", unfriendly.

This was not a good place to stay, would recommend all to not book this place, as the place is infested with bed bugs and the owner behaves in unprofessional way First, at reception there are not any regular staff to check in, it depends upon your luck if you are getting checked in time at the mercy of owner. The owner doesn't responds to call at time. Second, the beds are infested with bed bugs, major risk. Third, owner is super unprofessional,he called me two three times asking rudely to return keys confusing me with another checked out guest. Fourth, the owner asked the house keeping staff, who was foreign mmigrant to forcibly get a 5 star review at google map from me. This was crazy, I gave 5 star rating then but it is not worth 1 star. Fifth, in name of kitchen there is just one microwave in reception area. Sixth, after talking to house keeping staff who was an immigrant, I came to know how much badly he was treating him like making him over work, keeping him underpaid.

Photos are fake. Check if out on google maps and see the recent comments about the bedbugs with actual photos… I booked one night there but upon arriving decided to leave immediately.

WARNING !!! do not be fooled by the pictures and by the nice comments left. This places needs to be fumigated. Bed bugs all on the walls,in the pillows, everywhere. It's a huge risk to your health to stay at this place. Better to spend some more money than stay at this hostel. Your trip and experience in Dubrovnik will be ruined. Croatia is wonderful just not this place.

Horrible, recomiendo una inspección de sanidad, desagradable, mala atención, chinches, garrapatas...Buscad otro sitio, es un lugar de pesadilla, el dueño igual.

Penoso lugar lleno de chinches y atención pésima. Nada recomendable, hizo de mi visita a la ciudad algo horripilante. Merece la pena gastarse un poco más con tal de no ir allí

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is without a doubt the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been in many different hostels across Europe in both female and mixed bed dorms yet I’ve never stayed somewhere as terrible as this. The security is non existent (the front doors were left wide open at 4am for anyone to walk in) there was no staff to check us in for over 10 minutes and the hostel looks nothing like its photos! One person had to sleep on the floor after discovering she had bed bugs and the staf

Booked on hostel world. No one was there to check us in. When I called the number he messaged and aggressively asked why I called him. We expressed concern with 1) leaving our bags in the common area with an unlocked door while waiting for a bed to become available 2) comments about bedbugs. Our concerns were not well received and we were told to leave and verbally harassed. He told us if we left a bad review he would make sure the whole world knew about us? Okay in a pinch I guess but personally I would rather not deal with this kind of ownership, especially as a woman, or health hazard. This place should be closed down

The location was perfect, and the bathrooms were so comfortable. Also I was afraid of bed bugs as other people wrote about, but actually there was no bed bugs. The owner was very nice person. I really appreciate and wanna come back here if I visit Dubrovnik next time!

WARNING! Do not book this hostel — you might be thrown out! BEDBUGS! My stay here was an absolute nightmare. I arrived at the hostel at the agreed time and waited for the administrator for over three hours. When he finally showed up, I pointed out how disrespectfully he treats guests. His response was: “I don’t need one-night clients or those who complain.” After that, he literally kicked me out onto the street — with no explanation or apology. During those three hours of waiting, I noticed: • Terrible hygiene, • Dirty rooms, • Bedbugs jumping on the bed (!). This isn’t just disrespect — it’s a serious health hazard. Basic sanitary standards are completely ignored. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel. Protect yourself and choose a safe place. BEDBUGS!!! Do not book! UPOZORENJE! Ne rezervišite ovaj hostel — mogu vas jednostavno izbaciti! Moj boravak u ovom hostelu bio je pravo razočaranje. Stigla sam u dogovoreno vreme i čekala administratora više od tri sata. Kada se konačno pojavio, rekla sam mu da je njegovo ponašanje prema gostima neprihvatljivo. Na to mi je odgovorio: „Ne trebaju mi gosti koji ostaju jednu noć i oni koji se žale.” Nakon toga me je bukvalno izbacio na ulicu, bez ikakvog objašnjenja ili izvinjenja. Tokom ta tri sata čekanja primetila sam: • Užasnu nehigijenu, • Prljave sobe, • Stenice koje skaču po krevetu (!). Ovo nije samo nepoštovanje — ovo je ozbiljna opasnost po zdravlje. Osnovni higijenski standardi su potpuno zanemareni. Toplo savetujem da izbegavate ovaj hostel. Sačuvajte sebe i izaberite siguran smeštaj. STENICE!!! Ne rezervišite!

My bed had bedbugs but apart from that everything was fine. Perfect location with Bus to City center and the ferry harbor near by. Also big lockers to store your stuff 👍Price was ok

Attention attention attention!!!!! Réservé du 24 au 28/12 une fois arrivé l hostel est en travaux sans que j en sous été informe!!! Accueil désagréable on me propose d héberger ailleurs ou il n y avai pas d eau dans la cuisine pas d eau chaude pas de chauffage fenêtres non étanches le pire des punaises de lit sur les draps l oreillet mm sur des murs. Juge catastrophique et cauchemardesque personne à la réception je réclame en écrivant à m établissement et c la soude oreille je réclame à Booking j attends toujours depuis 6 jours. J ai fini par changer d hôtel. J espère que personne ne vive ce que j ai vécu avec EuroAdria hostel et que personne ne se fasse plus arnaquer avec des gens non professionnels malhonnêtes et mat attentiônees Soyez prudents et surtout ne commentez pas la mm bêtise et cherchez ailleurs

Be aware of this place. The owner didn't show up. Bedbugs were walking on me when I was waiting for him. I had to leave this hostel before I was checked in, because it was just disgusting. Everything was dirty and untidy. Moreover I was charged the full amount! Stay away from this place!

This place was absolutely disgusting and infested with bed bugs. On top of that, when they asked me to pay the city tax, I offered to pay by card, but they refused and instead suggested that I leave a good review on Google as an alternative. It’s appalling that they prioritize manipulating reviews over maintaining basic hygiene and professionalism.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE Arrived and had to message for someone to come to check me in despite telling them when I'd arrive. Waited for them. Was shown around the hostel, dirty bathrooms, broken door handles, was definitely catfished by the images online. Was shown to a bed. Then the nightmare. As I'm sat on it I notice BED BUGS crawling over it. Immediately get up and inform the receptionist I'm leaving. Very much not shocked. Only asked if it was my bed they were on, as if it makes a difference.

I left the same day I checked in. Photos were nothing like the hostel, front room was dirty and my bed was infested with bedbugs. Front desk didn’t care, I asked to change beds but was also infested. I contacted the manager via WhatsApp but was left on read.

Don’t stay here!!!! There’s a bed bug infestation and staff don’t care. Stay clear!!

Furchtbare Unterkunft, unmöglicher Besitzer, !!ÜBERALL waren Bettwanzen!!, die Bäder sind unfassbar dreckig, die Duschen verschimmelt und ohne warmen Wasser ! Darüber hinaus wurden wir vom Vermieter nicht ernst genommen sondern belächelt und bloßgestellt… Nie wieder !!

Hostel did not look like photos at all. Bathrooms were disgusting and there was water everywhere. Kept hearing complaints of bed bugs so we were afraid to sleep. Unorganized and uncomfortable. Front door was unlocked at all times, making it feel very unsafe. Only positive was that our luggage was safe.

NE RESERVEZ PAS ICI. La seule étoile ici est pour le seul point positif ici : le réceptionniste nepalais qui fait de son mieux dans une auberge négligée depuis bien longtemps et son emplacement. • Auberge qui ne correspond pas aux photos qui doivent dater de son ouverture. Tout y est vieux et mal entretenu pour ne pas dire sale... •Les douches sont pleines de moisissures et l'odeur y est nauseabonde, les sols , les murs sont sales et les installation très vieille (elles vous restent parfois dans les mains) •Les chambres sont aussi très sales, mur , sol, joints... • L'espace commun est plus qu'usé et minimaliste... J'ai réservé ici sans regarder les retours et parce que je navais pas dautre choix mais devant un tel laisser aller , j'ai préférée quitter les lieux avant la fin se ma réservation et m'assoir sur mon argent. En regardant de plus près il se trouve que les commentaires de ce genre sont journalier .. concernant les punaise de lit je suis ravie d'être partie avant d'en faire les frais. Un rafraîchissement global et une utilisation intelligente de l'argent investit pourrait faire de ce lieu une bonne auberge. Dommage.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, si tienen vacaciones por Croacia, en especial en Dubrovnik por favor figense en los comentarios de Google y booking, no pierdan su dinero, es una posilga plagada de chinches, que asco, yo llegué de noche y nadie me hizo check in, otra chica me ayudó con instrucciones para estar acá, pero terrible toda la situación. NO PIERDAN SU DIRENO EN ESTE LUGAR

BETTWANZEN HORROR UND AGGRESSIVER BESITZER FINGER WEG VON DIESEM HOSTEL! Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll, denn was wir in diesem sogenannten „Hostel“ erlebt haben, sprengt jede Vorstellung von Gastfreundschaft und Hygiene. Von einer „Unterkunft“ kann hier wirklich keine Rede sein. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war klar, dass hier etwas nicht stimmt. Die Dusche war mit Schimmel übersät – und ich rede hier nicht von ein paar Flecken, sondern von einer Gesundheitsgefahr, die sich über den gesamten Duschbereich erstreckt hat. Der Boden? Komplett dreckig. Es sah so aus, als ob seit Wochen niemand gereinigt hätte. Absolut widerlich. Aber das war noch nicht alles. Am Abend haben wir mit Entsetzen festgestellt, dass unser Zimmer von Bettwanzen befallen war. Und ich spreche hier nicht von ein paar vereinzelten Käfern, sondern von einer regelrechten Invasion, die sich über den gesamten Raum ausgebreitet hatte. Zwei von uns hatten bereits Bissspuren am Körper. Ich glaube, es ist nachvollziehbar, dass wir in diesem Raum absolut keine Nacht verbringen wollten. Wer kann schon schlafen, wenn ihm die Bettwanzen im Nacken sitzen? Natürlich wollten wir sofort aus dieser Horrorunterkunft verschwinden, aber – Überraschung! – niemand vom Hostel war erreichbar. Keine Kontaktperson vor Ort, per Telefon niemand erreichbar, einfach niemand. Also mussten wir uns selbst helfen. Zwei von uns haben die Nacht im Auto verbracht, während die anderen beiden gezwungen waren, auf einer Parkbank zu schlafen. Ja, Sie haben richtig gelesen: auf einer Parkbank! Als wir am nächsten Morgen endlich den Besitzer erreicht haben, folgte jedoch keine Entschuldigung oder auch nur ansatzweise eine Lösung. Stattdessen begegnete uns pure Aggression! Der Besitzer war völlig ausfallend und hat uns sogar bedroht. Er verlangte allen Ernstes, dass wir eine positive Bewertung abgeben, damit wir überhaupt eine Rückerstattung unseres Geldes in Betracht ziehen könnten. So eine erpresserische Unverschämtheit habe ich selten erlebt! Und als ob das nicht schon genug gewesen wäre, hat uns der Besitzer auch noch dazu gebracht, für einen Parkplatz zu zahlen, auf dem wir gar nicht stehen durften, weil er nicht einmal zum Hostel gehörte! Das muss man sich mal vorstellen – wir zahlen für einen Parkplatz, nur um dann herauszufinden, dass dieser nicht zum Hostel gehört und wir dort gar nicht stehen dürfen. Das ist doch einfach nur dreist. Zusammengefasst: Schimmel, Dreck, Bettwanzen, keine Ansprechpartner, erpresserische Drohungen und auch noch falsche Informationen über den Parkplatz. Finger weg von diesem Ort!

Achtung Bettwanzen überall & aggressiver Besitzer Noch nie so ein schlechtes Hostel besucht wie dieses. Das Bad ist voller Schimmel und im Zimmer wimmelt es nur von Bettwanzen. Als wir die Bettwanzen nachts bemerkt haben, haben wir alle zügig unser Zimmer geräumt, und haben die Nacht dann draußen verbracht. Als wir am nächsten Morgen den Besitzer auf das Problem angesprochen haben und unser Geld zurück forderten wurde er aggressiv und hat uns lautstark angebrüllt das Hostel zu verlassen. Als wir dann den Kontakt mit der Polizei suchten hat er seinen Mitarbeiter zügig mitgenommen und ist abgehauen. Alle Mitarbeiter die Pirvo beschäftigt sind nicht gemeldet haben keine Pass/ID und sind teilweise illegal in der EU, was auch die schnelle Flucht von Pirvo mit seinem Mitarbeiter bestätigt. Unser Geld haben wir natürlich nie wieder gesehen. Ebenfalls die Dreistigkeit des Besitzers für einen Parkplatz neben dem Hostel 20€ zu verlangen, bei diesem sich dann hinterher herausstellt das dieser überhaupt nicht zu dem Hostel gehört. Schlaft lieber unter Brücken als diesen aggressiven Besitzer ( Pirvo ) und sein dreckiges kleines Hostel zu unterstützen.

ENDROIT À FUIR!! Ne réservez pas cette auberge! Ils sont infestés de punaises de lit, et si vous avez le malheur d’en faire part au propriétaire il vous chasse et vous met dehors en plein milieu de la nuit. Ils disent que la réception est ouverte 24/24 alors qu’il n’y a jamais personne et qu’ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone. Le propriétaire s’est pointé à 2h du matin, et m’a dis de prendre mes affaires et de partir parce que je lui ai fais part de la présence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre. Je souhaitais changer de chambre mais tous les occupants avaient le même soucis, chaque chambre et chaque lit était infesté de punaises de lit. J’ai donc passée la nuit dehors, alors que j’avais payer ma chambre, mais il s’en fou. De plus, il y a un sérieux problème d’hygiène, les chambres ne sont pas entièrement nettoyées entre chaque changement, les sanitaires et douches sont à l’abandon, tout est sale et jamais nettoyé. En trois jours dans cette auberge le savon et le papier toilette n’a jamais été rempli dans la salle de bain : conclusion il n’y en a pas et tout le monde s’en fiche. De toute façon il n’y a personne à l’accueil pour le signaler. Et il n’y a que deux douches et deux toilettes pour trois chambres, donc environ 18 personnes. Mention spéciale au propriétaire, c’est beau de foutre dehors une fille seule en plein milieu de la nuit, humainement c’est une belle action, et en tant que commerçant le minimum aurait été de me rembourser ma nuit.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hostel. First of all, the beds were infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I was bitten over 80 times!! The sheets were torn and stained, which added to the overall discomfort. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and poorly maintained, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, I was charged for the transfer and city tax, which were supposed to be included in the booking price, according to the website. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. To top it off, the pictures on the Booking.com page do not match the reality of the place at all. The hostel is much older and poorly maintained, far from what was advertised. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

I was luckily not a guest at EuroAdria, but I witnessed a HORRIBLE situation that speaks volumes about the hostel’s management. At 2am, two girls were THROWN OUT of the hostel for complaining about bed bugs – which is an issue the owner should be addressing, not ignoring. Rather than finding a solution or taking responsibility, the owner decided to leave them stranded outside, alone, in the middle of the night. Not only is this unprofessional and unethical, but it shows a complete lack of basic human decency!! If you're running a hostel, your first priority should be your guests' safety and comfort! Treating paying customers like this is unacceptable, and it shows what a terrible person that man is, as both a business person and a human being.

I can't give it zero stars, but I wish I could. The location is far from the old town, the facilities were disgusting, and to top it off, I found four bedbugs crawling down the wall, on the bed post, and on the bottom of the top bunk mattress right above my head. I left the hostel immediately upon finding the bed bugs, without even staying one night(of a 3 night booking), and they refused to return any of the money for the booking. This place is trash. There are much better hostels in the old town area for the same price range.

Es waren überall ❗️ Bettwanzen ❗️ Auf unseren Hinweis hin hat man unfreundlich reagiert. Ich bin abends noch wieder ausgezogen, weil überall Bettwanzen im Bett waren. Mein Geld habe ich nicht zurück bekommen.

BED BUGS !!! I don't have anything else to say. Anybody wants to spend an horrible night because of bed bugs and take the risks to bring the insects in his suitcase. In addition, the bathroom floor was always flooded. At least the personal is nice.

They are scammers! Alot of bedbugs in every single bed! DO NOT GO HERE! You have to pay additional city sleep tax which a weirdly speaking employee took in cash! All of us got bedbugs bites and the showers are flooding! The owner/manager also scams people with trasnfers to the airport! Charges them and then doesnt show up! ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BOOK!

PIRE LOGEMENT SUR DUBROVNIK - Fuyez Saleté, salle de bains immonde, fourmis dans la chambre. Salle de bain immonde, cheveux et poils dans la douche, pas de papier toilettes, baignoire noire de crasse, traces de pneu dans la cuvette… A l’arrivée notre logement n’est pas disponible nous avons été transférées dans le logement des employés. Porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas. Propriétaire qui ne répond pas à nos sollicitations. Cuisine insalubre, nous avions déposé notre nourriture dans un coin du frigo (sale), nous n’avons rien retrouvé le lendemain matin. Climatisation qui brassait de l’air. Nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit. Paiement d’une taxe déjà comprise dans le prix de booking. Dieu merci ce n’était que pour une nuit et point positif les punaises de lit ne semblent pas nous avoir touché comme sur les autres commentaires.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla per quanto riguarda il proprietario del ostello EuroAdria mai presente e c'erano sempre persone ad aspettare ore per il check in più prenotando su booking vi erano le tasse di soggiorno incluse ma una volta li ti fa pagare 2€ di tasse ugualmente, Attenzione che nelle camere ci sono cimici da letto il giorno dopo vi trovate il corpo ricoperto di punture e morsi (chiederò il rimborso).

Every room crawling with bed bugs. Guy made me put up a 5 star review or else he wouldn’t give my money back.

They tried. A for effort, really. There are 2 locations, 1 in Old City. I stayed at the other one in Gruz, close to the bus station. The reception area is tiny. The rooms are decently large. THERE ARE BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! I killed 1 crawling on the ceiling, 2 in my bed, and 3 on the bunk bed wood. They will not refund you. WiFi is good. Bathroom floors are ALWAYS wet/flooded. 20€ for 1 load of laundry. Glad I didn’t pay for my clothes to be washed in a bed bug-infested place. THERE IS A RIDICULOUS INFESTATION OF BED BUGS! I killed 7 in 10 minutes easily. I was so freaked out, I didn’t enter the room again. I’m so worried my clothes are infested. THIS PLACE NEEDS RO BE CONDEMNED! The guy in charge is always stressed out. His assistant is so sweet, but both people don’t explain that there are 2 locations, you don’t get to choose which location, and people have to pay the outstanding charge with cash.

Je ne m'attendais à rien mais j'ai quand même été horrifié sur tout les aspects. Après nous avoir fait attendre presque une heure, l'aubergiste ( désagréable au possible ) nous informe que notre chambre n'était pas disponible à cause d'un nettoyage en profondeur et qu'il allait donc nous conduire dans un autre emplacement, dans la veille ville. (Vous lirez par la suite que la notion de nettoyage en profondeur semble être très relative dans l'établissement. ) Le trajet à été effectué dans le plus grand irrespect des règles de sécurité routière les plus élémentaires ( véhicule sur-chargé, téléphone au volant notamment). Après 10 minutes de marche dans la vieille ville, nous arrivons dans ce que je n'oserais même pas qualifier de taudis. Tellement désastreux que je ne sais par où commencer. La chambre, minuscule, était infesté de PUNAISE DE LITS, sous, sur et dans les draps sales et tachés proposés par l'établissement. Fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, toute aussi souillé d'ailleurs, qui était inondé d'eau. La petite cuisine, dont le tenancier avait l'air très fier de proposer dans son offre, était dans un état pitoyable. Les tiroirs et autres rangements ne tenait plus que par la force de l'esprit Saint et ne servaient de toute façon plus qu'à héberger les différents insectes qu'on pouvait observer dans la chambre. Faute de place, je ne vais pas m'étaler sur les problèmes de moisissures, mais sa présence se doit d'être noté. Après moultes réflexion, nous avons appelé l'aubergiste pour le confronter à ces quelques problèmes d'insalubrité mais ce dernier nous a envoyé paître sur un ton très désagréable et nous a conseillé de dormir sur le sol avec les matelas (?). A éviter absolument donc. D'autant que cette décheterie, que son piètre tenancier ose qualifié d'auberge de jeunesse, coûte aussi cher que des AirB&B plus grand, propre, mieux situé dans la vieille ville. 1 étoile à été donné car google ne me permet pas encore d'effectuer une notation égal ou inférieur à 0, avec une dénonciation aux autorités sanitaires de la ville en option.

Nul au possible, si j'ai mis une étoile c'est parce que je ne peux pas en mettre moins... Attendre 45min quand on arrive pour au final nous faire changer de logement. Arrivée là-bas et constater l'état de délabrement et d'un manque d'hygiène considérable(punaise de lit). Le gars nous dit "hey guys your have kitchen". Fantastique nous avons essayé de lui demander un autre endroit mais il nous a dit prenez le matelas et dormez par terre. Oui oui on vas dormir par terre. Dieu merci on a pu trouver un autre rbnb à la dernière minute. Si il y a une chose à retenir: Fuis pauvre fous passer votre chemin!

We arrived at the hostel and the person who manages told me, speaking very strangely, that the value of the bunk bed had changed and that it was not good. That we had paid half (I made the reservation through booking) and that it was double. Without further explanation, he tells us that she has a room near the hostel and that he can leave us there. I kept insisting that he explain to me why he was moving us, but he never knew how to explain it to me and pretended that he didn't know English. I asked him how far the new place he indicated was from the bus terminal and he told me it was only a 10 minute walk. My partner and I agreed. Finally, we arrived at a hostel that we have no idea where it came from, with people who work for it, very, very dirty, further away from where we were, with very smelly and dirty bathrooms. We told him that we did not agree and that he had told us that it was close, something that was not true. He got upset and told us that we had to choose that or stay at the hostel but pay double just for a bunk bed. The only thing I hope is that there are no bedbugs here. Please consider going somewhere you pay more. For your good. These places should censor them.

No le pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Peor hostel en el que hemos estado nunca. Nada más llegar nos asignan una habitación de 8 camas, habiendo hecho una reserva de una habitación de 6 camas. Al final, nos asignaron una habitación de 4 camas, la cual estaba desordenada porque estaban montando una litera y desinfectando camas y colchones por las CHINCHES que tienen (maté a una con mi propio zapato). El dueño habla fatal al trabajador nepalí (el único que hizo más acogedora nuestra estancia) que tiene allí con él y a todo el mundo. Contestaciones muy bordes y prepotentes. Los baños están EXTREMADAMENTE SUCIOS. Las duchas mohosas y con SUCIEDAD en cada rincón. Se nota que no limpian NADA. El cerrojo de una de las duchas no funciona bien y se queda atascado quedándote dentro de ella. Anoche nos encontramos con que tenía overbooking en el hostel y muchos clientes se quedaron sin cama, teniendo que pasar la noche en la mini sala de estar más poco acogedora que he visto jamás. Sin duda, un sitio del que huir!!!

Do not stay here. Rooms are full of bed bugs. We stayed in our room for only an hour and I saw one alive and one dead bed bug. Also our roommates who stayed there the previous night were covered in bed bug bites. We didn't even get a refund from the room. Truly the worst hostel in Dubrovnik.

DO NOT BOOK. BEDBUGS. Booked a room on in shared 6, arrived to a very confused person that didn’t know what to do and placed us in an 8 room so we requested to move, which they fixed. Everything else went downhill from there. The place has no security - 24h open door with no keys and unguarded all the way to the rooms. You arrive to a broken staircase which is a safety hazard, a door propped open with a hoover part, dirty rooms, dirty sheets, dirty lockers, dirty bathrooms, dirty walls, dirty showers. No soap to be seen, toilet paper scarce. Broken toilet seat. Showers flood. Mirrors are scratched. The owner talks to an onsite person via message slowly so took a long time to check in or get any information. They overbooked so there were people sleeping on the floor in the reception room overnight, again, anyone could have anyway because it’s all open all the way to the streets. Wake up and find bedbugs crawling around. Shocking. This place is a health and safety hazard and should be reported to local authorities.

Stayed here last week and it was the most unhygienic hostel I've ever stayed at. The guy across from me got bedbugs all over him, his back and his arms and when asked for a refund the staff played dumb and gave him nothing. Grossest showers and toilets aswell, they clearly don't get cleaned at all and it shows. Mould all over the floor and the showers flood the whole area. Do your research beforehand and stay somewhere else!

I'm glad that Google reviews are representing an accurate picture of what it is like to stay here.... DO NOT! and companies with this property listed on their roster should remove it until remedial actions are taken. Here goes..... No doubt this post will generate a whole load of abuse from the 'owner' who seems to go by different names depending upon who you speak to, but that is nothing compared to the abuse and rudeness he has already given me. I rarely complain and nor do I have the time to do so UNLESS something is so serious. At the end of the day we are paying guests (the amount we are paying should not justify unclean and unhygienic conditions and poor service). I had booked 4 nights in the hostel as a base to explore the surrounding area. To begin with the manager was jovial and friendly, great I thought. Night 1, I was assigned Room A, Bed 1. I slept well but woke covered, and I mean covered in bites. I had to leave very early for a day trip I had planned, so, wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking they could have been mosquito bites, I tried to put it to the back of my mind. Returning quite late from the trip, I checked my bed - the sheets were covered in dots of blood and there were three bed bugs on the sheet, 2 small one very large. I messaged the owner. Why did you not tell me this earlier? I can't do anything now? (please see above why, I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt). The solution that night was to cover myself from top to toe in clothing and bug spray (which he kindly gave me) LOL More bites in the morning. The previous night the 'owner' had assured me that the beds would be 'sanitised'.... with a domestic steam cleaner and that he would move me to a private room in a different property he had. I watched this process as his staff member, clearly not knowing how to use the machine, blew puffs of air onto the bed, not even taking the bottom sheet off fully. I waited around most of the day for this then he eventually took me to my alternative accommodation. It seemed to be staff quarters combined with some overflow guests. I was shown to a room that had two other females in it. A double bed and a single. They were leaving in the morning and I had no idea who else could be placed in there - he offered some swift assurances he would 'try' and make sure they were female ...... All other occupants appeared to be the Uzbek and Nepali staff he had working for him. The bathroom resembled a scene off trainspotting. An open door to one of the workers rooms showed that some people were sleeping on the floor (another issue potentially). I immediately made the decision to leave and head back down the hill. he has you over a barrels really because who can afford to jump from £50 pn accom to £150...... I told him my decision by whatsapp and asked for a new bed. You will have to go back to A1, no other options. After reminding him that I had been very reasonable about all of this so far he eventually confirmed I could move to B2, after claiming there were no other beds free - even though he had counted 3 in front of me earlier. Room felt cleaner and fresher and I slept okay but woke with still more bites. The final night I returned to my room late to find another guest. After 10 mins she screamed out. A bed bug had bitten her. I told her what had happened to me. i'm outta here she said, i'll join you said I, having reached my limit. We both tried to contact the owner. His responses becoming more and more hostile, I was called a lier, he threatened to call the police on me for causing trouble! His response to me was 'stop texting me these things'... to her it was to block her number. Great hospitality! As I said to commence, I get that things happen, I have worked in the tourism industry for decades, but it is about the way issues are dealt with that is the make or break of whether a guest leaves happy or feeling like this.

The management of this hostel is very problematic. First, there was often no one at the reception, so I couldn't find someone to respond to solve my problems; usually, there was no one at the reception to serve when the guests needed to check-in. Second, the shower room was clogged and flooded. Third, there were a lot of bed bugs in the room. I responded to the host the next day, and he did help me to change the room, but there were still a lot of bed bugs in the other rooms as well. All in all, the hygiene and management of this hostel need to be improved.
