360 Hostel Borne

The building is literally built on top of a metro system, the lockers shake when metro passes. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. In the weekdays it ends after an hour, I could sleep this way. It is very near the road and city center, bring earplugs. AC is being controlled by the hostel the people inside the room can’t change it if it feels cold or hot.

Bed bugs in the room steer clear, neither the rooms or bathrooms felt very clean

Tienes chinches! me picaron y me dio alergia e hinchazón. Esto es muy peligroso ya que una persona pudieras tener complicaciones de salud graves, con una picadura de chinches!

We stayed as a group of 8 friends, and unfortunately 5 of us were bitten several times by bed bugs in Room 3. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and understanding when we reported the issue. They took our concerns seriously and offered us a 50% refund, which we appreciated. However, this is a serious health and safety concern that needs to be properly addressed. We hope the hostel will take appropriate pest control measures to ensure future travelers don’t experience the same problem. The team handled the situation professionally, but bed bugs should not be present in any accommodation.

There were bed bugs and we did not receive any refund for our stay even though once we found out about the bed bugs we alerted staff and we left the facility. However, like I said, the staff was friendly and everything else seemed alright.

Mais le plus gros problème a été la présence de punaises de lit dans deux matelas : nous sommes repartis avec de nombreuses piqûres rouges sur les jambes, ce qui a vraiment gâché l’expérience.

Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement J’ai étais piquée par des punaises de lit !! J’ai très mal dormi tout le long de mon séjour. J’avais le lit à côté de la porte ! Et les gens de ma chambre n’était pas respectueux. Très mauvaise expérience.

- There were bed bugs or some kind of insects in the beds that caused bites all over. - Loud music, talking and yelling after midnight in one of the rooms. - The bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs poking you. - The shower doors had broken handles, doors would not stay closed. The shower room was very small. - The clothes washer was broken. - The floor was always wet in one of the bathrooms from a leaking toilet.

La última vez que me quedé, había chinches en mi cama. Era la noche y estaba llena de piquetes, y fue muy incómodo. Al estar full el hostal, no hubo manera de cambiarme de cama, pero la única solución que me dieron (la segunda noche) fue lavar mi ropa (me iba al día siguiente muy temprano, menos de 8 hrs tenía), cambiar mi ropa de cama y comprar una pomada para evitar el picor. En otros lugares que me he quedado, inmediatamente me hubieran reembolsado parcial o completamente el hospedaje, ya que estuve DOS NOCHES así, y no era opción irme porque todos los hostales de la zona estaban llenísimos. Las chicas que me atendieron 10/10 en atención, y sé que no queda en ellas quizás, pero la manera de resolver sinceramente me dejó mucho que desear, porque estar incómoda en un lugar y no tener una solución humana de cambiarte (entiendo que "no había camas"), me pareció muy floja, y sinceramente mi experiencia pasó a ser horrenda esos dos días. De pensar tener que llegar a dormir ahí porque no había de otra, era cansado.

There were BED BUGS in the rooms. Many of the roommates got bites and regardless the flagged issue (multiple times before according to previous reviews) they keep renting out the beds. There is a visible sign around the walls and beds that they try to fight against the bed bugs, but it not works like this... You cannot keep a room open for crowd if there are bed bug infected areas... AVOID. BED BUGS ARE HORRIBLE and you can bring home with yourself them

Mais l’hôtel reste très sale. Mon mari et moi avions été mordu par des punaises de lit partout dans le corps, avec comme preuve à la appui des photos. J’ai passé le lendemain à me gratter toute la journée, et je n’ai même pas pu profiter de mon dernier jour à Barcelone. Des plaques ne sont apparues au fur et à mesure de la journée sur tout, mon visage, sur mes jambes, sur mes bras, sur mes pieds et mes cuisses, ainsi que mon mari.. Je suis fort mécontent de la propreté de votre établissement, malgré que le personnel reste très agréable.
