Elephant Botique Hotel

We booked five nights, during the first night we noticed bed bugs we asked to check out and get refunded on the rest of the four nights, we were offered a diffrent room but declined in fear of more bed bugs and wanted to leave the hotel, they did not refund us on the rest of the nights! Very disappointing

Add: Unfortunately the owners did not take the criticism well .. that's why I reduced my rating from 2 to 1 star. The marks on the bed are obv bed bugs poop. I never opened the window. No mosquito bites +40 in one single night. I had a horrible night and several days crazy itching - still the owner tries to blame me .. !! CAREFUL !! - BED BUGS - my bed was full of bed bugs. I got +40 bites on whole body. Typical bed bug signs in the morning on bed sheet (see photos) - all towels quite small and with a lot stains - Minimum comfort - e.g. no shelve in shower, basic breakfast - Upselling hotel: everything else the hotel helps you with, is way overpriced, even the water sold in the hotel - Owner wasn’t present - but very very friendly staff, even though they spoke no English - Fair price (14USD)

Lady at desk was great and was able to organise and book everything for us and helped with SIM cards. Very helpful and nice. Good sized room Good location and price! Property was clean but did have bed bugs
