+ Got bed bug. Stay for four days. Asked for another room, don’t have. Asked to settle the issue, nothing happen.

+ haram jadah bilik kotor gila, langsung takde housekeeping. gatal badan aku, ada darah haid sapa tah atas katil..

+ Good Location

- Poor hygiene. Old, dirty, smelly bedsheet and pillow case. I think there was bed mite untill i got urticaria rash and itchiness whole body. Smelly odour like long time no visit customer in that room. Room 3017

+ Lokasi bagus kerana dekat dengan bandar

- Servis di kaunter perlu diperbaiki.

- Room is not clean. Pillow cover is yellowish, got hair on the bed. Towel color is also yellowish.

+ Dekat dengan lokasi tujuan

- Ada pijat! Sarung bantal, cadar dan blanket semua ada kesan darah. Tolong jaga kebersihan!

+ The location very strategic, easy access in our and nearest with town

- This time the accommodation very bad, the toilet quite dirty with stain, the worst part so many bugs at the bed and it's make my family skin very itchy when the bugs bite us.

- Using stairs go to room difficult with heavy luggage.

- Water heater pump not functional...

+ Bilik yg luas.. Dan Parking yg selamat.

- Plug masih dlm Keadaan longgar.. Bahaya utk ank2 kecil yg masih tidak faham dgn keadaan plug yg longgar.. Tidak dpt charge fon dlm Keadaan baik. Dan singki tersumbat..air lmbt turun dr singki.. Harap cepat perbaiki semuanya.
