We had a last-minute problem with the flight so we arrived an hour after the check-in closing. No one at the hotel wanted to help us and we didn't get our money back either.
Very cordial, authentic place, ideal location close to the center and all infrastructure. Very cute, family owned place, view on a park with a fountain, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops all right around the corner, also 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Will definitively come again!!
