The personal is nice, sadly I got bed bugs. I got a full refund but the following costs because of it, the labor and mental load still makes it my worst hostal experience so far

Ubicacion Los chinches y que había una habitación con chinches pendiente de fumigar, la diferencia de calidad de colchones, que hay habitaciones que no tienen luz propia en las camas ni enchufe individual y tienes q llevar ladrón para poder usarlo con los compañeros. En algunas habitaciones no llega el wifi, no hay cobertura móvil

Los ventiladores no iban bien en varias habitaciones y hacía bastante calor en las habitaciones en verano lo que dificulta bastante el poder dormir. A ese añadido, en otra ocasión que los visitè hubo chinches en varias habitaciones

La situación como siempre. Mi cama tenía chinches, ni si quiera me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación,otro chico que durmió en otra cama también se levantó con picaduras.

perfect location, in the city center and very close to the beach! friendly staff were friendly and i was able to store my backpack before check-in and after check-out the mattress on the lower bed was very uncomfortable and had a big dent. it was hot in the rooms even with the fan on. however the main reason why i would never stay at this hostel again is because of the bed bug situation. in my first night, i couldn’t sleep because of all the itching and i had over 70 (!!!) bites the morning after. that’s an insane amount for one night. i could even see them in my clothes and backpack and had to wash everything. the staff was kind and let me change the room for the second night and refunded the 3rd night. i think they’re aware of the issue and it’s very irresponsible to keep the hostel open as long as it’s not resolved.

Tuvimos problemas con picaduras de chinches y fue muy desagradable, mi amiga no durmió nada entre el picor de la multitud de ronchas y la luz del pasillo que se enciende a cada poco. En un lugar que pasa tantas personas hay que tener mucho cuidado con limpiar todo a fondo. La cocina estaba bastante sucia, fijate en el ventilador, el resto tiene grasa y polvo a partes iguales. Fue una situación bastante estresante para las dos y esperamos que pongan remedio y no se vuelva a repetir.

The hostel is very well located and the staff is helpful. The cleanliness is not as good as expected. I got bites from bed bugs. Unfortunately, I realized that after leaving the hostel the last day :(

BED BUGS!!!!!! OWES ME A REFUND!!!!!

L’établissement est plutôt bien placé mais est vieux… Je ne sais pas si c’est la raison pour laquelle il y a des insectes comme des cafards ou des punaises de lit mais quoiqu’il en soit une camarade de chambre a été piquée par l’un d’eux et moi aussi… Je pense que l’établissement mérite un bon coup de rénovation et de désinfection ! En dehors de ça, le personnel est très agréable.
