Mitarbeitende waren okay, aber die gemeinsame Küche war einfach dreckig. Lappen sowie Handtuch waren bei unserer Ankunft schon benutzt und nach 7 Tagen wurden sie nicht einmal gewechselt. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit altem Zeug was vermutlich auch schon teilweise schlecht war. Wir hatten nach unserem Aufenthalt Salmonellen, ich weiß nicht ob von dort aber wäre naheliegend. Ansonsten haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht hatten und für fast 2 Tage lief auch einfach kein Wasser.
The staff was okay, but the shared kitchen was just dirty. The rags and towels were already used when we arrived and after 7 days they weren't even changed. The fridge was full of altem Zeug which was probably already partially bad. We had Salmonella after our stay, I don't know ob von da but would be naheliegend. Otherwise we didn't get the room we had booked and for almost 2 days we also had no water.
Hostel location was good but it was really cold especially at night. Staff were friendly.
Nice staff, nice location in San Blas. I'd recommend one of the rooms in the back part of the hostel, otherwise you can hear the bell ringing when other travellers come (which they do at night, too).. would recommend!
We chose this hostel for the panoramic room they offer. We arrived late in the evening after our four day Inca trail, exhausted. Upon arrival we were told that the room was not available and we would have to pay for another one. Because we were tired, we took that. Since I booked via Hostelworld, I asked the hostel for a refund of the original room. They said they would contact support. Two days later I myself contacted Hostelworld and got a refund within hours. Not helpful.
Not quite like the pictures. Rooms were comfortable but curtains are broken so couldn’t open to enjoy the view. Shower was hot but low pressure, and rooms were very cold. Breakfast was nice, although some jam would have been nice for those who don’t eat egg/cheese. Staff are lovely and agreed to store our bags which was highly appreciated. A nice place, just a few small tweaks needed.

The people at the reception (especially Gabriel) were geniuses, they let us leave luggage and they treated us super nice!
Good location, quiet upstairs (room 401) but rather noisy downstairs (room 104). The staff were friendly but not always well organized. Relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was good the second time we stayed. Comfortable and clean. But up a long flight of steps (normal.for Cusco). Not fancy, but I would stay again.
Wir waren über eineinhalb Wochen immer wieder da und haben unser Gepäck da lassen können, während wir wandern oder im Dschungel waren. War ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Rundum zufrieden. :)
We stayed here over a week and a half and could leave our luggage there while we were hiking or in the jungle. it was a bit like coming home. all satisfied.
Very nice accommodation. Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Under 10 minutes walking distance to the centre. Would recommend!
Very beautiful family oriented place,very attentive people,I am with my whole family and we enjoy to be here. Thank you hostel Comarca

Cute and quiet hostel close to attractions. We booked our tours through the staff there. For my group of 3 this was a perfect place and room where we didn’t have to worry about people getting loud. There were no pictures of the bed/bath for 3 so we took a chance and it was a suitable room and small restroom
really nice people working there and beautiful plants (and kolibris!) in the little garden they have. it's not the most social hostel though but there was still a nice atmosphere overall.
It’s a nice/clean hostel with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the free breakfast from the host. Hardly any water came out of the shower
Its a very nice place to stay, the staff is so so friendly and helpful! For example they arranged early breakfast since we were going to an early tour. And when I had belly pain they asked about my well-being. The rooms might differ, some are super big, others a litte smaller but still super nice aand clean. It's not a typical hostal where you easily meet people though but when you want to treat yourself after a several hiking trip with an own spacious room and some calmness its the place to go!
