Lake Como Hostel La Primula

It was great! The staff were lovely and funny, the food was good and reasonably priced, there were no bed bugs (a fear of mine) but there was an odd mold on the girls bedroom… apart from that it was fantastic!

The location of this hostel is great with water views however it is extremely dirty and unclean. I arrived to my room with dirty bedsheets from the person before still left on the bed, with small black bugs on the corners of the bed - looked like bed bugs. The manager refused to listen to me regarding the bed bugs stating “bed bugs are invisible” “ we are in nature, there are bugs in nature”. I left after being at the property for 20 minutes and the manager refused to refund me for my stay.

Le staff est très gentil, l'hôtel est bien placé mais nous avons eu des punaises de lit (piqures + vues à deux endroits différents). Les chambres ne sont pas très propres, les salles de bain non plus (odeurs, lumière cassée), store cassé dans la chambre...

Bedbugs!!!! I woke up at the morning and there were bites all over my body The hostel is in awful condition. It is dirty, uncomfortable, they do not give you at least towels
