+ La ducha caliente

- A la hora de llegar me dicen que el pago se puede hacer con dólares o con soles. Pido hacerlo con dólares y no me quisieron aceptar un billete de 100 cara chica porque "era muy viejo", cuando su valor sigue siendo el mismo para la reserva de estados unidos. Por lo tanto, fui a cambiarlo por soles a una casa de cambio. Una vez que volví con los soles, me cobraron el alojamiento a un valor de 3.8 soles por dolar diciendo que "los alojamientos usan otro tipo de cambio", cuando el precio de mercado es 3.53. Unos estafadores. En la habitación se escucha todo lo que se habla en la habitación de al lado. Por otro lado, la ubicación está bien.

+ Do not get misled by the pics. First of all, they could not trace my reservation even after nearly 20/25 minutes on their own computer, when we reached there around 9 pm. I showed him booking com reservation message on my cell with booking number, still not ready to accept. Then they said room is not cleaned and will require about 25 minutes to clean it. Since then my wife had doubts about the ability of this facility, we asked him to show the room. The room were stinking of booze and vomit, the bathrooms stinking of shit. Had called booking Com customer care number twice to ask them to resolve, but their recorded message said will be attended in max 30 minutes, imagine international calling, and, being put on hold for 30 minutes. Ultimately, we fled after booking another facility. I have asked the provider to demand compensation from the facility, let's see, as yet to get a reply.

- Tenía pactado un precio con Booking.com para esta noche en el hotel de S/170.29, pero apenas llegue me cobraron el hospedaje e indicaron que debía pagar a parte la comisión de Booking.com, total que pague S/204.00 Al momento de pagar, indicaban que si pagaba con tarjeta de crédito me recargaban adicional 5%, entonces pague en efectivo. Recibí hoy un mensaje que anule la reserva y no fue asi. No hay seriedad en Booking.com o es el hotel. No recomendaré este hotel. Pedí al hotel que me ayude a reservar un servicio de taxi, me cobraron S/20.00 hasta la estación pavitos, después consulte y me indican que ese servicio máximo S/10.00 Bueno, persisto no lo recomendaría

- Extremely cold in the room and you can hear everything from the room including if someone comes into the hotel or is speaking.

- The picture shows is not from this hostel it’s from the Quechua hotel located nearby. It’s complete cheating. Better stay away from this hotel. The breakfast is the most pathetic one. I vacated in one day and moved to a different hotel.

+ El desayuno estaba bien, pan y fruta variada, pero para los que cogemos excursiones a primera hora, el desayuno empieza muy tarde. No tienen leche sin lactosa como única matización. La ubicación es perfecta y cómoda.

- Contratamos con ellos excursiones y nos engañaron dejándonos sin guia a última hora de la noche. Te tratan de cobrar más de lo debido al cambio y tienes que estar ágil con el cambio, aunque creo que la tónica en el país si pueden es siempre engañar al turista A la vez llegamos de noche y la habitación olía mal, el baño estaba tupido y nos dejaron en esa habitación hasta el día siguiente con el baño inutilizable. Pésimo atendimiento.

+ Location was great as it was very close to the main square & the San Pedro market. Yet it was in a quiet street.

- The bathroom is very basic and the floor gets wet & dirty very quickly due to condensation when having a shower. The room that was given to us was facing the breakfast area and they have a big glass window instead of a wall so it is very noisy every morning. The hotel overall is quite filthy. For breakfast they don't usually replenish the food so you have to keep asking them every time. We asked for a later check out and they charged us for a full day stay. The morning receptionist looks like he can't understand or communicate normally even though my husband was talking in Spanish. I would not recommend this place at all. Other than the location there is nothing good about this place. Don't be fooled by the pictures on booking!!

+ EL DESAYUNO BUFFET, ME GUSTO MUCHO YA QUE HABIAN MUCHAS OPCIONES, Y TENIA FRUTA, YOGURTH, CEREALES, POR LO QUE FUE UNA BUENA OPCION.

- No estaba limpio los polvos, no había shampoo, y cuando salimos temprano para un tour nos dieron un refrigerio muy malo, por lo que fue una decepción, ya que en otros hoteles te enviaban un desayuno completo, el joven era muy apatico, les faltaba amabilidad, no era atento, cuando bajamos no saludaban, era muy incomodo estar en el lugar, una de las noches nos dejaronla cama mal tendida, realmente fue muy decepcionante, para el precio que cobraron el cual fue muy alto, el trato y la atención era muy decepcionante, no tienen buena atención al cliente.

- Heel gehorig, personeel probeert behulpzaam te zijn, maar komt zeer warrig over en spreekt geen Engels. Spaans-met-translate-app is ook ingewikkeld: lijken je niet te begrijpen. Ontbijt is beperkt, kitchenette ook eigenlijk te beperkt er iets te kunnen.

- Lo que menos el baño , no tenía donde poner el neceser ni me cabía nada solo tenía el lavabo, ni geles ni champú ni secador .

+ Amazing service, excellent value for money! Paul and his team hosted us graciously and were even flexible with check-out at no extra charge! Highly recommended!

+ מיקום מעולה, מים חמים, חדר מרווח וגדול, 2 דקות הליכה מבית חבד, נמצא על שוק סן פדרו ויש לידו סופר גדול ממש קרוב

+ 조식 맛잇어요 매일 조금씩 바뀌어요. 방이 추운데 라디에이터 달라고 하면 제공합니다. 뜨거운물 굉장히 잘나옴. 수압도 좋음. 수건도 매일 갈아줘서 좋았어요.

- 샴푸 비치 없고, 드라이기도 없어요 ㅠㅠ 유일하게 불편했던 부분.

+ Great location, cross street with San Pedro Market, there are good price food&drinks. Good breakfast. I spent 9days here, staffs are very helpful.

+ Muito bem localizado e quarto espaçoso!

- O atendimento na recepção não é muito receptivo. Eu encontrei alguns cabelos e pelos no banheiro do hóspede antigo, então é importante revisar a limpeza e liberação dos quartos. Não tive boas noites de sono pois no meu quarto tinha uma claraboia em cima da cama e isso atrapalhava pois ficava sempre muito claro :(
