Alles in allem ein schönes und gutes Hostel in guter Lage. Allerdings haben Sie die Steuern einbehalten, die für Reisende allerdings inkludiert sind. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde ich damit vertröstet, dass das Thema noch abgeklärt wird und mir per Paypal zurücküberwiesen wird. Es sind jetzt fast 2 Monate vergangen und auch auf E-Mails meinerseits wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Sehr schade.

CAMERA IN THE FEMALE DORM. Be aware, no one told me there is a camera in the female dorm i got out of the shower and just saw it there. Completely illegal. When asked the staff they said its for our safety excuse me? The minimum is to warn the customer and up to us to chose to stay or not…The dorm is basically in a garage so you hear literally everything going on n the street. Super noisy at night.

It was dirty and super loud. The hospitality of the staff was not great. I was happy to leave after one night.

Be careful when booking the 4 bed dorm as they don't even have those. I booked one and was put in a 12 bed dorm. Immediately complained about this and asked for a discount as this was not what I booked. They said they understood and would see what they could do. But by the time I checked out no action was taken and got no compensation as it was hostelworlds fault they said. Personal said this happened before, so they're very much aware of this false advertising. Breakfast is also a joke.Big scam

It is so wild to me that this place is decently rated. It is an absolute hell-hole. It STINKS! There is water dripping from the pipes along the ceiling, not too much, but just enough to catch you off-guard, dripping onto your head or your food. The AC leaks massively, it actually floods the dorm a bit. There is a mop and a sign in the bathroom asking guests to mop the bathroom?!?!?!? een domper tijdens onze reis. De lekkere reisflow verandere hier. Het hostel heeft geen sfijne sfeer zoals in andere recencies ook beschreven staat. Je lijkt er niet echt welkom te zijn. Een aantal medewerkers deden wel hun best om met je te communiceren. We hebben hier niemand ontmoet. Wel had leek het personeel eigen vrienden uit de nodigen en hier hun best voor te doen. Er werd gerookt op de kamers en de douches/wc waren ontzettend goor. Er werd niet echt schoongemaakt!!!!!! dit was echt naar

Watch out when booking this hostel. I booked a single bed for one person in a 4 bed female dorm. IT DOES NOT EXIST. I was put in the smallest dorm, consisting of 4 singles and 2 doubles ( ie an 8 person room) and was charged for the double bed rate. The hostel refused to adjust the price even tho I had printed my reservation details. False advertising.

I booked a room with 4 beds because I needed privacy (I was traveling with friends). Arriving there, it was a room with 8 people (4 single beds and two double beds). I told the staff that it was not what I had paid for but they said this was a mistake made by the website and not them. As we paid the nightly rate before seeing the room (don't do that!), they refused to refund our money. We contacted the website but got no response. We lost the money equivalent to 10 nights!

Good hostel. I would recommend it particularly for the dormitories which each bed have a lot of space and privacy and it the aircon was really appreciable. Plus the breakfast was a really nice. However the showers and toilet were not always really clean. Also I would have like to know that the « swimming pool » was not working… However I would recommend it for anyone for its confort and location. But not for a social hostel.

Positiv sind die Betten, sind bequem und man kann sie komplett abschotten. Leider ist es tatsächlich nicht besonders groß und es gibt kein Platz für Sport oder Yoga und auch der Pool ist ziemlich dreckig und eig nicht nutzbar. Besonders sozial ist es auch nicht. Alles in allem für ein bis zwei Nächte vollkommen in Ordnung aber gibt für den gleichen Preis sicherlich bessere.

36 uur geen stromend water en ook de reservoirs waren leeg… niet kunnen douchen bij snikhete buitentemperaturen is echt niet fijn. Geen gratis gefilterd drinkwater beschikbaar.

Lindo hostel, muy amable la chica de recepción y tiene cocina, muy buena ubicación. Lo único malo es q al estar al aire libre y tener un clima caribeño, no podes estar en la cocina porque te moris de calor

Kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Die Betten im Dorm sind wie kleine eigene schlafkammern in denen man super seine Ruhe und viel splatz hat. Was mich positiv überrascht hat ist, dass die Wäsche schon am gleichen Tag fertig war an dem ich sie aufgegeben habe.

Ik had een 4-persoonskamer geboekt maar bij aankomst bleek dit een 14-persoonskamer te zijn: toen ik hiernaar vroeg bij de receptionist kreeg ik een vage uitleg over de dubbele bedden voor elk persoon en dat ze geen 4-persoonskamers hebben, hoewel dit wel zo op Hostelworld staat. Verder was het niet erg schoon in de kamers en badkamer en was er niet echt veel sfeer/gezelligheid voor solo backpackers. Ontbijt was wel goed.

Nothing fancy but not too bad. This hostel is right by the main road and party buses are always driving past which makes it very noisy. There also are no keycards or locks so really anyone else staying at the hostel can just walk into the dorms. There is CCTV in the dorms and 24hr receptionist so maybe this a deterrent but I didn’t feel the safest at times because of this. There was also an issue with plumbing and our en-suite was locked and we had to use the showers outside.

Sehr gut gelegen, sauber und sicher, aber das beste fand ich die Bett Kabinen, die wie ein kleines Zimmer im Schlafsaal noch einmal Ruhe, Geborgenheit und etwas Privatsphäre schaffen.

Small but absolutely sufficient hostel with a great breakfast and a small pool. A big plus were the private sleeping cabins instead of bunk beds. The kitchen is available but only moderately equipped. WiFi was very good and stable, and the air conditioning worked reliably. The vibe felt a bit unsociable, but the salsa class was a real highlight :)

Nice stay for one night in the city centre. Breakfast was lovely, and the common area has lots of natural light. My sheets were dirty upon arrival, but this was sorted by staff once I asked.

Établissement très propre, proche du centre ville, tout en restant dans un quartier calme. L’aménagement a l’intérieur est très convivial. Le petit déjeuner en bonus est un plus. Je recommande particulièrement cet hostel

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good as well and they serve coffee all day! You’ll feel very comfortable and have some extra space in your sleeping cube!

Not very much atmosphere and no activities arranged at all, but I slept fairly well. The pods were well thought out. Staff helped me get a cab and the volunteer was really nice. Free breakfast was nice, as was free coffee! My bed wasn’t clean when I arrived but they changed it and I felt like it was kept pretty clean otherwise. Just a note that the room occupancy is slightly misleading as there’s doubles in some of the rooms and they also don’t actually have a 10 bed.

Very nice facilities however there were several times that the water didn’t work meaning that toilets were not available and showers weren’t operating. Bathrooms could have been cleaned more diligently

Great dorm beds! You basically get your own little cabin, including a bedside table and personal light, which gives you a lot of privacy and comfort. The rest of the facilities are nice as well, and the overall atmosphere is good. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and works fine for cooking your own meals.Breakfast will probably suit most guests, but as a vegan I found the options a bit limited. The swimming pool was okay, but not as inviting as it looks in the pictures.

Super Hostel, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer geräumig und das Frühstück sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Guter Ort, um neue Leute kennenzulernen!

Está a 10 minutos de la torre del reloj, buena ubicación, el lugar estuvo limpio y el desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno.
