Hotel Kastoria - Thessaloniki

Bed bugs in the hotel... Noisy... And we had to pay an additional fee because hostelworld is OK to book a room for 1 person even though you are a couple ! Good location and friendly staff.

Extremely bad experience in this Hotel, with a bed room FULL OF BED BUGS. We have been litteraly EATEN during the night. I strongly suggest to avoid this place.

Be careful, because they have bed bugs.

Забронировали номер, приехали, но оставаться не стали, везде грязь, волосы, рваные матрасы. Нашли КЛОПОВ в матрасе. BED BUGS!!! Осторожнее, не испортите себе отдых.

We were there for a night and greatly regret it. First, the building is kind of old, the shower stopped hot water in the middle of bath leaving me to cope up with the cold water. We could not even sleep at night because of mosquitoes and at the top, there are BED BUGS. Although the place is cheap and is at a good location it's not worth to carry the bugs with you from there to your home. I would not recommend it.

I found dozens of Bedbugs just before I turned off the lights and fell asleep and suffered a week of pain. 베드버그 있음. 그것도 엄청 많음. 으악!

Im not sure how to start. The late check in went well apart from the fact we had requested a double bed and got give 3 singles instead. We went to bed to awaken to my partner getting eaten by bed bugs, we went back to reception to request another room and we were taken to another room with to singles that we realised had allot suspicious dust and the head and foot of the bed,,,, I thought it was poison but the manager insisted it was not, I still argue with this as there is no other purpose for the dust. We were taken to another room and it had the same dust. At this stage we had given up of all hope and started frantically trying to call other hotels for a room with no luck :-( The manager knocked on our door and told had he found a new room room for us and we went into it and went to bed. IN THE MORNING MY PARTNER WAS NOT ONLY COVERED IN BITES BUT WE FOUND SEVERAL OF THE LITTLE BUGGERS DEAD IN THE BED. we are now at cafe very early in the morning waiting to check into or new hotel

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. Bed bugsss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
