P168 Hostel

They allocated me in a room PV31, which had no view on the sea (the view is on a garden full of garbage); it was dirty (about brown stains on a bedsheet they told me that it is hard to wash lol so they give dirty duvets to guests, dust, yellow stains on the sink etc.) , low standard, did not match photos from booking at all. Next day I went to ask to be moved to the correct room that match photos. Those rooms exist on the 5th floor (PV51 and PV52). They have better furniture, match description at booking and have view on the sea. However, they are not cleaned well too. The whole hostel is full of stains and dirt. The cleaning staff does bear minimum to maintain cleanliness. Somebody spilled coffee(?) on the white table in the corridor and it stayed there for 7 days. Luckily, there are no bed bugs in PV51. I was moved to PV51 but before it happened they tried to convince me that PV31 is the same standard. I had to escalate this to Booking. I took many photos. Furthermore, no common space, no microwave or a coffeemachine, no laundry service. I will not come back here.
