Hotel Italia Nessebar

+ Hotel gestionado por una pareja. El señor agradable y servicial. . La ubicación buena, está en medio de las dos playas.

- Pero no vimos a nadie para la limpieza, solo una persona mayor que estaba siempre con ellos, por lo que las habitaciones están muy sucias, manchas en la moqueta, las toallas y sabanas muy renegridas, el agua de la piscina turbia.

+ We liked the staff. They were nice and friendly.

- Felt like they wanted to make money out of everything. I've never seen a 3* hotel that you have to pay money for parking in front of the house, literally on the street. Also they advertise gym facilities which are chargeable, however with extremely dirty and unsafe equipment. We couldn't use the pool as most of the lounges were used for storage. The bathroom was smelling very bad, and there was some mold on the wall. I believe if they make the gym room storage room and use it, the place wouldn't be packed with stuff everywhere.

- L'hôtel ressemble plus à une maison d'hôte et ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles. - Très souvent, il n'y a pratiquement personne à l'accueil. Même à notre arrivée, c'était vide et on a dû attendre longtemps avant qu'on ne s'occupe de nous. - Le service du petit-déjeuner. On ne peut pas se servir nous-même le café ou le thé. D'ailleurs, c'était imbuvable. - la connexion WiFi est très mauvaise. - le climatiseur dans la chambre est dirigé face à la tête du lit.

+ It was fairly close to the beach and close to the main street of the town.

- We had to wait around 1h to get to our rooms, although we had informed the property about about arrival time. The rooms were not clean. The sheets and towels had stains and generally looked as if they had seen better days. The carpet looked disgusting and the furniture was old, seemed as if you had returned to the 90s. The breakfast was basic. Not enough space for the guests to have their breakfast in the backyard. The pool looked dirty.

+ El personal es muy atento, simpatico y servicial.

- Las camas son redondas y si al llegar hace gracia, resultan demasiado grandes y casi impiden el paso al baño. Las cortinas son tan finas que al salir el sol la luz no te deja dormir.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff. Good for short budget holidays. Good continental breakfast. Location is not so far off from Nessebar.

+ Отношението беше изключитлно добро, бяхме добре обгрижени. Бързо и своевременно отговряха на възникали въпроси. Бихме се върнали с удоволствие отново там. Препоръчваме го.

- Времето в града, Несебър е прекрасно място, но вятърът в този зимен ден придаваше усещане за арктически студ.

+ Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Παρότι συνήθως είναι καλοκαιρινό ξενοδοχείο, παρείχε και σώμα καλοριφέρ για ζέστη... Άφθονο καυτό νερό. Είναι στο κέντρο.

- Κρις, όντως το στρογγυλό κρεββάτι παρότι είναι άνετο, πιάνει όλο το δωμάτιο...!!! Και μια ανακαίνιση χρειάζεται...

+ Foarte mulțumit. Check-out chiar după ora 14.00. Am putut face și duș după semimaraton. Gazda de nota 10. Un italiano vero.

+ Chris, the owner, was fabulous and immediately made us feel so comfortable and welcome while we stayed. The hotel is very clean, modern and well equipped room for exactly what we needed. We visited out of season and were even provided a heater as extra to make sure we were comfortable! We will definitely be returning when the weather allows us to make use of the lovely pool and maybe a cocktail or two 😀 Although Chris makes lovely coffee too, to set you up for the day ahead of you! 👌

+ The owner Chris is very friendly and super helpful!!!! The location is perfect not far from nessebar old town... Beach is about 10mins walk...the hotel have also a nice swimming pool! I can only recommend this place to stay

+ Gorgeous cute place, excellent experience, the best location, very professional staff, clean and welcoming hotel. The best experience ever. Forever good memories created there. The hotel has a pool and breakfast included in the price, and they speak all the languages required as per the needs of the customers.

+ Bardzo miła obsługa, właściciele niezwykle pomocni i serdeczni. Można o wszystko zapytać, wypożyczyć parasol plażowy, leżak czy wymienić pieniądze, a nawet wynająć auto. Hotel z windą, w miejscu z którego wszędzie blisko. Niedaleko pyszna polska knajpka. Wygodne łóżka, cisza i spokój. Codziennie rano pokój ogarnięty przez obsługę. Śniadania ok, chociaż brakowało ciepłego dania, jajecznica i parówki zawsze zimne.

- Łazienka maleńka, w pokoju mało miejsca na rzeczy, jedna szafa z wieszakami, brak półek.

+ El hotel está bien situado, cerca de todo lo importante. La habitación era amplia con una cama redonda gigante! El baño estaba muy bien. Todo muy limpio. El dueño es de lo mejor que nos hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje por Bulgaria!! Encantador y súper atento, pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, sin duda nos llevamos un recuerdo muy especial del hotel Italia.
