We ended up spending two nights at the hostel with barely no sleep because it was so hot at night. There was no air conditioning in the double private room, just a fan and an aircon (which didn’t work properly) in the hallway and it was awful. Just one little window over the door to get some fresh and cold air into the room didn’t work very well. And because you had to have the “window” open at all times there was very little privacy.

The hostel was severely under construction. We flew in and were greeted by unfriendly tradesmen yelling at us to leave although the door was locked from the inside..... I need a refund

Worst place I have stayed booked a transfer from the hostel waited 2 hours for it and it never showed hostel did nothing about this. Was a real shame as this was my first experience in Vietnam and I was really let down. Only good this the beds were comfy but I wasn’t even there 24 hours.

THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND I HAD NOWHERE TO STAY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CHECK THEIR EMAIL WHEN I MESSAGED THEM ABOUT MY DELAYED FLIGHT AND THAT I WOULD GLADLY PAY BOTH NIGHTS WHEN I ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AS LONG AS THEY KEPT MY ROOM FOR ME. AFTER TRAVELLING FOR 37 HOURS THIS WAS THE LAST THING I NEEDED WHEN ARRIVING AT DESTINATION.

Felt pretty uncomfortable sleeping here as the walls were INCREDIBLY THIN in the “private rooms”. Woken up at night to somewhat uncomfortable sexual situation. Would not recommend staying here other than a solid location.

OK location. Clean. Comfy beds. Rooms are reminiscent of prison cells. NO ATMOSPHERE AND TOO MANY RULES.l: - no outdoor shoes - fridge but only microwave to cook - no communal activities

During my stay, I got spiked and when I returned to the hostel, recieved no help from staff, instead they tried to kick me out when I was lying on the floor paralysed and starting to go blind, charged a late fee and for throwing up on premises. I told the staff what had happened and there was no remorse or consideration to help me find a hospital as I was struggling to stay concious. I stayed in the hostel after check out as I was ill and was told to leave the hostel because I was a nuisance.

The only positive about this property was it’s modern design and breakfast facilities. DO NOT book a “private room” if you want peace and quiet- the walls are plastic and allow you to hear EVERYTHING next door. I had to endure an American couple arguing and then having sex (he lasted two minutes), another couple having sex the next night, and then a woman who must have worked for a telephone company because she was on the phone it all night. Septic smell in rooms&unfriendly staff.

Great hostel and so clean. Very quiet hostel, breakfast included which was good but not much variety of food. We stayed in the private room and it’s quite small but perfect for a few days. The bed is comfortable and you get towels.

Nice to stay in a private room. Hostel was quiet and cosy. Yes walls are paper thin but there was no one noisy in our bit. Breakfast was basic but nice. Location is great in the city

We booked a private room, as it worked out cheaper for us than staying in a dorm. Room was very comfortable. It was slightly cramped but there was storage under the bed for our bags. There was no AC but there was a fan which kept the room cool enough. Bathrooms were clean with good showers. There’s a kitchen which you can cook basic food in & there’s a free breakfast from 7am-9am. Common area was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend.

Great hostel for HMC. The location was convenient and walkable, and the rooms/bathrooms were clean. Definitely a bit small and there’s not really an outside space, but you get what you pay for and it’s quite comfortable!

I really enjoyed how I had my own space in the private rooms here. I didn’t have the greatest sleeps due to the person beside me being aggressive with their door multiple times a night. The windows stay open to the hallway so you hear everything or it gets too hot. But that’s also a one off situation! The place itself is good, didn’t see the breakfast either mornings though. They say they have it!

The placement was ok. Getting a private room was so worth it. It had a/c and it was so clean and nice inside. The staff are ok they don’t talk a lot. The breakfast was also ok , it was some fruit and toast. We did have a shared bathroom and the bathroom door doesn’t lock.

I love it

Great value hotel, perfect location in the centre but up a quiet street so you dont get traffic noise, very compact place but best value for the area i think for a double room.

This place is clean, quiet and great location. They have single private rooms for solo travelers and I felt comfortable as a more mature (😂senior) traveler.

We booked for a delux - a double bed with a private bathroom. The bedroom was great, clean, sheets were clean, there was a really good fan, mirror, side tables, chair & desk. The bathroom had a fullsized bath, shower, normal amenities and included towels! Two basins outside the bathroom and a massive mirror with great lighting for contacts, makeup or grooming! A breakfast was offered from 7am-9am (but we're not sure what this was as we unfortunely missed it). Staff very friendly, would reccomend

The room we stayed in was small. However the room had AC and a fan and comfy beds. The toilets and showers were clean. Offered breakfast. Not a social hostel

Pretty decent place to stay. I had this room for around 5hrs before flight! Nice and clean but the room was very small

A/C should be available to each individual room and/ or temperature control instead of fan.

No complaints, simply and nice short stay!

Die Lage ist super. Die Wände sind quasi nicht vorhanden also man hört alles aus den Zimmern nebenan, das ist ein wenig nervig... dafür sind die Zimmer, Badezimmer und Küche sehr sauber. Das Personal spricht wenig englisch und ist nicht sonderlich herzlich, aber in Ordnung. Frühstück gibt es leider nur während 2h und ist auch wirklich nicht gut, dafür gratis. Würde sagen es ist für eine kurze Zeit auf jeden Fall eine gute Option.
