Golden Age Hostel

Dormitory room was super packed. The beds have no curtains, no plugs and no shelves. Very little space for your things. And not enough toilets for the number of guests. Kitchen was a bit chaotic and someone stole my food. For pluses - staff helpful with my travels. They do community dinners, no veggie options though.

평점이 5점이라 기대하고 갔는데,, 그 정도까진 아닌고 같고,, 대부분 연식이 많이 느껴져요! 욕실 물이 잘 안 빠지고,,, 커피 포트 안에 이물질이 너무 많아서 사용 안 했어요. 호주에서 온 자원종사자 웨슬리가 친절 했어요.

Vu le froid qu’il faisait dans la chambre j’avais mis la climatisation à 21, à 22h le gérant est venu à éteins la climatisation et a repris la télécommande, résultat même pas 15 degrés dans la chambre, première fois que je dois dormir en habit long pour pas être congelé. Sinon l’auberge en soit est sympathique

Filip was so great and welcoming, feels more like you’re staying at your friends place then a hostel. Bathroom could be kept cleaner. I think they were doing some renovations/improvements to the hostel.

중심가에서 조금 떨어져있다. 화장실은 연식이 되어보인다. 온수는 잘 나오고, 침대는 괜찮으며 개인 락커가 있다. 1박에 600-650MKD니까 많은 것을 바라면 안되겠지만, 공용공간이 좀 더럽고 냉장고가 작다. 왜 이렇게 평점이 좋은건지는 잘 공감이 안갔지만, 여행하는 시기/여행자에 따라 달라질 수 있는 부분이라고 생각한다.

Comfy beds, cozy environment, nice people. It gets my vote.

The first floor has dormitories for women, and the second floor has dormitories for men. Each floor has a room with a toilet and a shower. Air conditioning is in the living room; there's no air conditioning in the rooms, just a non-oscillating fan. There's a large lockable cabinet under the bed. Wi-Fi is excellent. The staff organizes many activities, which you can choose to participate in. The hotel is within a 20-30 minute walk of the bus station and the lake.

no hot water but everything else was great. Owner very friendly.

I had a pleasant stay in Golden Age. Everyday they offer little events and create a social vibe.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es finden immer wieder Aktivitäten statt :) ich hab meinen kurzen Aufenthalt genossen

El mejor hostal en el que he estado en todo mi viaje, está a 5 minutos caminando del centro, las habitaciones son amplias y con taquillas gigante y el hostel esta impecablemente limpio. Además de poder aparcar la moto en el hostel y ayudarme con la ropa sucia. Pero lo mejor de todo es el dueño, Filip, una persona que antepone tu bienestar, siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, y te trata como a uno más de tu familia. 屋主人超好，熱情也貼心也會提供各種需要的建議跟幫助，把客人都當成朋友，晚上會一起聊天喝酒。房間簡單乾淨。整體感覺很棒。 大家一定要來！大推！BEST OF THE BEST, thank you philip and winnie❤️

Burası gerçekten kaldığım en temiz hosteldi. Konumu, temizliği odaları kısacası her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Hostel işletmecisi Filip çok cana yakın ve yardımsever bir insandı. İyiliğini unutmayacağım.Tekrar yolum düşerse kesinlikle konaklayacağım ilk mekân, sizlere de tavsiye ederim.

Mi estancia fue perfecta, muy buen ambiente en el hostel, su propietario Philip se portó de maravilla, me ayudo en todo momento con las opciones para hacer actividades en el lago, está todo limpio y me hubiera quedado más días.

This is a very nice, lovely, and welcoming hostel, especially thanks to the owner Philip. He's always there to help. If I come to Ohrid again, I will definitely stay here.

The best hostel to stay in town, Filip is a wonderfull host. You will feel at home, can chill in the living room in so confy sofas with free coffee, sleep in a really quiet place, and everything is really close : city center, supermarket, restaurant, lake... Really it's perfect, I will come back for sure!!

I had a great stay here. It’s clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. The common area is really nice for meeting other travelers and relaxing. The owner, Phillip, is a really kind, helpful and super chill host who makes everyone feel like family. He always has a solution for everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ohrid.

Hostel beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Bunun haricinde Philip gayet samimi ve sıcak kanlı bir ev sahibi. Türkçe kelimeleri çok güzel kullanıyor. Bazen acaba Türk mü diye düşündüm :) Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Oda da bıraktığım banyo havlumu bile yıkamaya atmış:) Sabah hostelden ayrılırken sıcak kanlı bir şekilde uğurladı. Philip ve Gökmen'e herşey için teşekkürler.

Uno de los mejores hostels en los que he estado. La gente del lugar te hace sentir como en casa desde que llegas hasta que te vas. Está muy bien ubicado, entre la estación de buses y los puntos turísticos. Tiene un parque hermoso y organizan cenas para compartir entre los viajeros. Lamentablemente solo pude estar una noche, espero volver algún día para poder aprovecharlo más.

필립 너무 착하고 오흐리드에 대해서 알려주려고 하고 호의가 너무 깊었어요 뭔가 호스텔이라기보다는 조용한 집같아요 그래서 쉬기에도 좋고 길게 여행할때 딱 좋은 호스텔인것같아요 주인 아주머니도 연세가 있으신데 영어도 잘하시고 좋았습니다:)

Mükemmel bir iki gün geçirdik. Bahçesi çok keyifli birlikte maçlar izledik. Evimden daha rahat hissettim. Philip ve ailesi çok sıcak insanlar. Umarım tekrar görüşeceğiz. Teşekkürler 😊
