This is the only place I have ever left and not stayed the night. The area feels super unsafe, as you buzz yourself into the building and the elevator looks like something out of a horror film. The smell throughout the reception and the rooms was horrendous, so overwhelming that I could only mouth breathe and was coughing and stuck on me for hours until I showered. I checked the beds for bedbugs and there was no way I could last the night.
Do not stay here!!!! The area is super dodgy and unsafe upon arrival to hotel Zara there were groups of men surrounding the door to the hotel and when I got to reception I was told I shouldn’t go outside alone. The staff hardly spoke any English which made it a lot more difficult to ask for anything. The rooms were covered in mold and the shower head was constantly leaking. I was supposed to stay for 3 days but left after one night as I never felt safe at this location.
Very unpleasant stay! The location is around train station and while it is close to station, but the area is very dirty and bad! The building was old and the room (with one single bed) smelt very very bad! No soundproof for windows and you hear noise from outside. I was there for one night and wished to time passes faster and i check out! But the mattress and pillow were okay.
La ubicación es lo mejor. Los mayores problemas fueron: sabanas sucias, el aire acondicionado no se podía regular y las camas estaban mal hechas. El problema del aire te hacía elegir entre tenerlo prendido muy frio o apagado y morir de calor. Nunca dieron solución.
The location is the best. the biggest problems were: dirty sheets, the air conditioning could not be regulated and the beds were badly made. the air problem made you choose between keeping it on too cold or off and dying of heat. they never provided a solution.
Ok, I feel I need to leave an honest review because I booked this under false pretenses. The rating showed 10 for cleanliness which is completely not accurate. So for anyone with aversions to smells or has issue with general uncleanliness, this isn’t your place. Bathroom reeked off mildew and the closet was worse. The sheet had stains on it. Their general room was pretty gross. For the positives though- I knew I was booking a hostel and this is what can happen sometimes. They had AC though i...
J'ai bien aimé cette hôtel. Ce n'était peut être pas la place qui semblait le plus propre mais l'endroit est très bien et pour le prix je ne peux pas vraiment me plaindre. Par contre les employés ne parles pas vraiment anglais ce qui rend les informations difficiles
I liked this hotel very much. it may not have been the place that seemed cleanest but the place is very good and for the price I can't really complain. however the staff don't really speak english which makes the information difficult

Great accommodation for a solo traveler like myself. Secure building near to Piazza Garibaldi transport hub, trains buses and metro. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable separate bathroom facilities clean and functional. Second time I have stayed there nothing but praise for the staff and building security. Garibaldi is a busy area with street markets and street sellers, gives cause for heightened awareness. But still ok.
Not the best neighbourhood as it's really close to the central station, but: - someone available 24/24 - close to the city centre and close to bus, metro, train stops. - cheap room options - everything work fine
Un excellent hôtel à prix abordable. Personnel attentionné et propreté garantie. Petit conseil : une paire de boules quies ... la rue peut être bruyante parfois.

Clean and tidy single room, helpful reception covered 24/7.situated close to Garibaldi rail station and metro system giving you greater access to length and breadth of Naples.
