There are bed bugs in the beds and sitting area, my whole back was bitten and the stuff did not even had a aloevera gel to apply on inflation. Book the stay at your health & infested risk!

The bed was infested with bedbugs. I asked to be moved to another room (which they obliged), which also had bedbugs (less, but still present). Total deal breaker for me.

Idea for a night before a flight. Atmosphere was great, always people hanging out in the main area but wasn’t loud and could sleep in peace. Not too much space in the room for your big bag so was a little cramped but they do have small lockers at least for valuables. I felt it was clean and had no issues myself but the night I was there someone did put a message in the group chat about bed bugs 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hostel would be very nice, pool and hangout area are a plus. Unfortunately there are bed bugs, at least in one of the private rooms.

PUNAISES!!!! Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre à pieds l'aéroport. Néanmoins, la propreté est très moyenne dans les chambres et salle de bain. J'ai eu des problèmes de punaises de lit 1 semaine après. Et je soupçonne très fortement de les avoir attrapées là. Chat GPT a confirmé que des précédents commentaires en octobre 2024 les avaient mentionnés... Forte odeur de produit anti-humidité dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de place pour poser les sacs à dos. Petit déjeuner ok, pas exceptionnel mais il a le mérite d'exister

There were bed bugs in my bed. They changed my room instantly, which I appreciated, but I was hoping for a refund as a goodwill gesture , Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

Kept waking up due to smell of mothballs (packaging said napthalene). Napthalene mothballs banned in EU, New Zealand, and other places. Inhaling vapor from them can cause headaches, nausea, eye/skin irritation and worse plus they aren't effective against bedbugs. Hope this hostel will replace with cedar, lavender, or rosemary sachets. I would give this lovely hostel a 10 if it wasn't for this and will look for another place next time.

It’s smells pretty chemical and the smell will stay in your clothes until you wash them! But i guess it’s perfect to prevent Bedbugs!

The hostel is cute and the staff was nice, very comfortably located if you have an early flight. However the chemical smell was crazy. Probably it’s for the bed bugs (I personally didn’t have any bites so I’m guessing they are solving that) I understand they gotta do what they gotta do. But I can still smell it on my bags and clothes.

Unfortunately I had to leave this accomodation after the first night due to the chemical stench in the bedrooms being so strong that I had a throbbing headache (couldn't fall asleep until 7am) and nausea, and I had to sleep with my skirt over my face to try and block out the smell. I got bed bugs at this property. :(

I got bed bugs here, and I had to leave after one night because the chemical stench in the room is so incredibly strong. It was overpowering, gave me a throbbing headache, and I didn't fall asleep until 7AM (and I had to cover my face with my skirt because of the stench). Still have so many bites from the bed bugs. A guy checked-in at 2AM and took a phone call loudly in my dorm. I won't be back :(

L'hostel était en cours d'éradication des punaises de lit. L'odeur du produit était extrêmement forte au point de me donner des maux de tête. Heureusement que je n'ai pas ouvert mon sac et que je n'y passais qu'une nuit car l'odeur a imprégné mes affaires. La personne a l'accueil à accepté de me changer de chambre mais c'était encore pire. Il a fait mine de ne pas savoir ce qu'était cette odeur.

BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here a month ago and got bed bugs for the first time in my life. I had a friend stay here 4 days ago and she also got bed bugs in a totally different room. The entire hostel is infested. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My bed had bedbugs. They quickly moved me to a bed without bed bugs which was nice but I was then paranoid. Other than that it was a really nice hostel so it was a shame about the bugs

Vorsicht Bettwanzen!!! Bed Bugs - leider daher unzufriedenstellend - stuff war nett und die Ausrüstung auch okay, aber die Lacken werden nicht richtig gesäubert - alte Blutflecken von zerdrücken Bettwanzen, Häute, etc. Auf die Aufmerksammachung, dass Bettwanzen im Zimmer sind, würde nur geantwortet: "ist uns bewusst" - meiner Meinung nach lässt man dort dann niemanden schlafen. wurde auch innerhalb einer Nacht komplett zerstochen. Muss dringend behoben werden!

I spent only one night and the day after I found bedbugs bites on my skin. I put my backpack in the locker and after it smelt very bad. People in the chill area were making noise until late.

Good location near airport and facilities provided, friendly and helpful staffs. Only bed is the terrible issue here, aging mattress, uneven sponge pad, full of bedmites and bedbug. 4 nights changes 3 beds, doesnt help.

Hostel eigentlich okay aber hatten Bettwanzen und es hat sehr stark nach Lack in unserem Zimmer gerochen, sodass man Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat.

BEDBUGS!! I used to come and spend 1 night when I arrive in Bali after my flight because every time I arrive at night and the hostel is right next to the airport but this time there were bedbugs in the hostel. They changed my room but there were also some in the second room and they continue to bring people in instead of treating and making sure there are no more. I would not go back there.

I only stayed one night as there was bed bugs in the room! I was moved to another room which also had bed bugs, then to a third room and didn't instantly see any and stopped looking because I needed to get some sleep! The staff were helpful in moving me. I hope the issue is address and the rooms/beds/curtains are deep cleaned as the hostel is nice but the presence of bed bugs lets it down massively. .

I feel so sorry to write this cause the hostel itself and especially the staff is really really nice! But sadly I got confronted with bedbugs right when I moved in. So I had to switch rooms two times….

We had bed bugs in our beds and reported it. We were not offered a reasonable solution and at first we were not allowed to sleep in the lobby as this would attract too much attention. Ultimately, we were only able to sleep in the lobby on the condition that we didn't tell anyone about the bed bugs.

Das beste an dem Hostel ist wirklich die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß vom Flughafen. Hostel an sich schön aufgebaut, offener Aufenthaltsbereich. Personal freundlich. Super für einen Nacht vor oder nach einem Flug. Frühstück mittelmäßig aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Leider musste ich feststellen dass mein Bett Bettwanzen hatte, daher die eher schlechte Bewertung…

The property is great, the water pressure is strong, big common area, free breakfast. My only concern is there are bed bugs. I stayed 2 nights, one when i arrived in bali, the other is night before my flight. same room different bed, both have bed bugs.

The location is good close to a lot of shop, but unfortunately I was bitten by bedbugs, I also found some, I had to change hostels at my own expense, pay for laundry and medication due to the uncleanliness of the place

Bed bug infestation in private room. We paid extra for a private room after a long night flight and before we were able to fall asleep there were at least 10 fully grown bed bugs crawling on each bed. It was absolutely infested we spent the whole night making sure they didn’t get into the rest of our luggage. It was a disappointing experience

Unfortunately there were bed bugs in my bed. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this hostel (once at the start of my trip then again at the end, 2 months later). I get that there is a high turnover of people being so close to the airport but having mattress covers, steaming, and doing a full extermination of the rooms might help stop the spread from getting worse. This was the only negative aspect of the hostel for me, everything else was great!

The hostel said they didn’t find anything (even though I know other people had problems too) and that they need video proof if you have it, even though I explained that I only noticed I had been bitten after I had already left the hostel. The manager stalled me for almost a week on WhatsApp regarding my refund (which I still haven’t received), and when I said I would write about this in a review, he got desperate and blackmailed me, saying he could be fired. What kind of place doesn’t solve guests' problems and even threatens people?

But i got some bed bug bites. They are working on it. (I assume it was in one of the chairs in the lobby, once told they took off the upholstery to clean it)

Bed bugs, in the room I stayed one girl was bite of bedbugs, the manager only reply that some guest was responsible for bringing to the hostel and also she was disrespectful telling me a hotel more be more “suitable for me “ basically I was asking to leave Bear in mind you could able to see the bedbugs even in the curtains.

As soon as I got in the bed, it started itching. I think they had bed bugs or something else was wrong.
