+ Le personnel agréable
- Petite chambre, toilettes en commun. L ensemble pas propre. Le tarif n est pas justifier, on trouve beaucoup mieux pour moins cher. Nous sommes partis aussitôt notre arrivée.
Be very cautious with your valuables at this hostel. I had a large amount of money locked in the hostel locker and even used my own padlock too. The next day my lock was broken and all my money was stolen.. hostel manager said “nothing could be done” because there is no cctv in the room of course. Not pointing fingers but the hostel staff saw how much money I had when I checked in and after it was stolen the hostel staff started to gift me random things which I found strange..

- Overlast van geluid van de gasten de hele nacht door. Slaan met deuren, hard praten in holle gangen. De privé kamer leek n gevangenis. Belachelijk hoog bedrag betaald voor een hok. Schuld van RALPH of Booking.com?
Pretty unfriendly staff, not social at all and there‘s nothing open in that area after 8pm. Beds very uncomfy.
+ The staff member who helped me carry my luggage downstairs. That was appreciated since there is no elevator in the building.
- The room was extremely cramped and windowless, nothing like what a hotel should offer. It felt more like a storage box than a guest room — definitely not 9 square meters as stated, more like 5 or 6. There is no ventilation or fresh air, only an air conditioner that recirculates the same air. The mattress is made of hard plastic, the kind used in Thai massage centres, not suitable for sleeping. There’s zero sound insulation, so every noise from other rooms and the corridor is clearly heard. For the 36 euros per night I paid, this was absolutely not worth it — in Bangkok, this price gets you a proper hotel room, not a bunker-like space.
+ Bed
- Hmm, not happy at all. Really noisy till 02:00 and started at 07:00. Slamming doors as loud as it felt like people were entering your room. An airco was next to my bed running all night. The private room was very small and felt like they were in the middle of a renovation project. Booked 4 nights online, but canceled after the first night. Of course, Ill pay the 1 night I 'slept' at RALPH's but no refund for the up comming 3 nights is unacceptable! Bed comfortable and people nice. Now for the same amount of money in a luxurious hotel. Shame on you!

- Camere, i bagni, la struttura in generale è abbastanza fatiscente
+ L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, les espaces douches, toilettes, lavabo sont très propres.
- Malheureusement, il n'y a rien d'autre à apprécier. Cela a été notre pire expérience de Thaïlande, et pourtant j'y ai voyagé 5 fois 3 semaines... On ne dirait pas sur les photos mais la chambre est une véritable cellule de prison. Elle est minuscule, il y a un lit superposé, un petit bureau, aucune fenêtre et c'est tout. C'est très sombre, sans personnalité, on avait juste envie de rester le plus possible à l'extérieur pour ne surtout pas passer de temps dans la chambre. Les lits étaient très durs et inconfortables. Et le pire était que la serrure pour fermer la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Le manager n'a pas semblé très concerné, et a tenté de nous expliquer comment fermer avec une clef qui ne fonctionnait qu'une fois sur deux. Il a catégoriquement refusé de nous changer de chambre "pour le principe" parce qu'il était juste très têtu. La responsable de l'établissement, elle, était vraiment adorable mais n'a malheureusement pas pu nous aider pour soutenir son employée, ce qui peut se comprendre. Vraiment, très très mauvaise expérience, quand on voit l'amabilité des hôtes dans d'autres hôtels.

i’d say the only good thing about our stay here was the rooftop area. it is however an absolute trek getting up the stairs to your floor as there is not a lift. we had a slight incident between the staff and my friend where her boyfriend had checked out the day before but briefly came to help us with our bags down the stairs. this resulted in the staff coming upstairs to tell him to leave or he will be fined… when we were trying to leave.

+ Perfect location and insane view from the terrace. Very clean room and bathroom.
- No breakfast available and in general it was pretty hard to find places to have breakfast before 10 am in the nearby area. Not the best hostel for socializing and meeting people.
