On The Bed

- There were bugs all in my bed and I wasn’t able to sleep in the room I booked so I left at 5 AM. I would like a refund

- I had an extremely stressful and upsetting experience at this hotel. I arrived in the evening, I’m quite young and new at travelling, and was shocked to discover bedbugs in the room. This is a serious health and hygiene issue that no accommodation should overlook. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of help or appropriate response from the hotel staff. They showed no concern and I had to find another hotel, which was incredibly stressful. Nobody took responsability - nether the hotel or booking.com - for the issue despite this being a clear health and safety issue. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Bedbugs are not just a nuisance, they are a real health risk!!

- Gece uyanıp kaşınmaya başladım. Telefonun ışığıyla baktım ve her yer böcek. Korku filmi gibi.

- Fotoğraflardaki böcekten geliyor sanırım otelin adı. On the bed dedikleri böceklenmiş. 10 gün kaldım sonunda vücudumdaki kabartıların sebebi gece ışıklar kapanınca yatağımı paylaştığım böceklerin olduğunu anladım. Telefonda alerji oldum başkaları zarar görmesin ilaçlayın dedim. Beğenmiyorsan kapı orda başka yere git dedi hostesin sahibi. Böcekler beni takip edecek sanki.

+ มีดีแค่ทำเลที่ตั้ง จริงๆแล้ว ออกแบบตกแต่งที่พักดีนะ แต่ถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดคงจะดีขึ้นมากเลย ขนาดทำแบบสไตล์ลอฟแล้ว ยังเห็นถึงความสกปรกมากๆเลย

+ Reasonable price, great location, and lots of delicious food nearby.

+ I think people who have stayed here before will want to stay again because the staff provides excellent service, they feel safe, and there are plenty of delicious food options nearby.

+ Even though it was during a holiday season, the room rates were still cheap. It was clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

+ I will definitely stay here again. I love the peace and quiet; it's not crowded. Public transportation is just a short walk away, making it very convenient.

+ I really liked this accommodation. It was comfortable, easy to get around, and close to the subway. The only downside was that there weren't enough rooms to meet demand. I couldn't extend my stay because it was fully booked.
