The Companion Hostel

The hostel is clean, modern with good facilities. It's quite far from the tourist areas, so not much to see around, but also more quiet and more authentic. Not social at all which might partially be because it's too hot to stay in the common areas without AC.

A very clean and quiet place to stay in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and very nice. It’s not close to anything, so you‘ll have longer ways if you actually want to see something. Still, the hostel is a great option if you‘re looking for a chill place to stay in Bangkok.

Very nice, clean, quiet hostel. The beds were clean, comfortable, and private for a dorm; and the washrooms were clean. Great place to stay if you need to unwind, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re hoping to socialize. My only complaint would be that the storage lockers were not quite big enough to fit my pack (a very, very full 40L bag). Also this hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood, quite far from nightlife.

Great place! A lot to do within the hostel. Common area is nice with video games, books, guitar and board games. The bed is 10 out of 10. Omg I love this place.

Overall an excellent stay. Very quiet which is great if you are a light sleeper. A 5 minute walk from the BTS station. Excellent pad thai a 10 minute walk away otherwise not very many vegetarian options. A couple of convenience stores are very close though. No on-site laundry. No ac in common areas making it hard to sit and socialize. Staff could be hard to find at times. Free fruit consisted of bananas most mornings. Kitchen is nice to store food. Not a lot to do in the area but the proximity ...

Probably the cleanest and nicest looking hostel I’ve been to. Very thoughtfully put together. I would say go here if you work remote and needed some quiet time. Very close to a bts station but pretty far from any tourist location. Expect to be around the most authentic Bangkok experience

Cozy, clean and spaceous rooms, really helpful and friendly staff, we felt at home here. Such a great atmosphere. They even had a very well-equipped kitchen so we were able to make some much missed breakfast buns.

Pretty Amazing Place. I have such a great time staying at the Companion with Gigg and Erk as our host. Met a lot of interesting people over here. The 70 years old Japanese chef who cooked all day at the shared kitchen (and for us too!). The host who love singing. Best Bed I've been in so far. I totally recommend to those who does not like loud place and parties. They also have a lot of scam-free advice to us as well. Some places are never heard before on the internet. 10/10!
